Have You Looked At Pornography In The Past 24 Hours?

Question. Have you looked at pornography in the past 24 hours? How about
in the past 24 minutes? It is NO ACCIDENT you are reading this message
today! God is speaking to you!

If there was ever a guy who belonged in jail, it is Joe Francis, the
infamous founder of the Girls Gone Wild pornographic videos. Sadly, in this
nation they don’t put people in prison for poisoning minds and hearts, but
earlier this year Francis was in jail on contempt of court charges stemming
from a civil lawsuit for using under age girls in his videos, and has
subsequently been indicted for failure to pay over $20 million in taxes. It
couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy!

The reality is, Francis’ legal problems stem from his ego and pride more
than anything else. He will settle the civil case he was being held on,
settle an incident he had while in jail for being in possession of
contraband (his business partner smuggled in a bottle of water, cash, and
some sleeping pills), and he will write a check to the IRS to clear up his
tax issues. You see, Francis has the money to buy the best lawyers and pay
his way out of these current legal problems. He has made that money by being
a big contributor over the last 10 years to the ever growing porn monster in
this nation with his popular Girls Gone Wild video series.

The Girls Gone Wild video series grosses $40 million a year in sales. FORTY
MILLION! There is virtually no production costs since these videos are
nothing more than a single video camera filming young girls on Spring Break,
in nightclubs, at places like Mardis Gras, exposing their breasts and bodies
for the camera. They pay the girls nothing so the only real costs involved
are tied up in the marketing of these videos to consumers. The ironic thing
is the target audience for this garbage are middle age men, many who have
daughters the age of the girls in the videos.

I’ll never forget 4 years ago I received an email from a man who was
struggling with an addiction to porn. He emailed me that the last straw for
him was sitting down one night to watch a Girls Gone Wild video, when all of
a sudden on the screen…was his daughter! He told me that as he sat there
frozen, seeing his daughter expose her body for the camera, all he could
think about were the tens of thousands of men who would watch that video,
looking at his little girl as nothing more than a sex object. It took that
experience for this man to come under the conviction he needed to take a
stand and fight his addiction to pornography.

Pornography is a problem many men, AND women have battled for a long time.
With the advent of the Internet, it has made accessibility to pornography
incredibly easy, and has now become a very real societal problem. As with
all problems in society, many Christians also end up caught in the traps the
enemy has laid to destroy people’s lives. Let me say up front, DO NOT
underestimate the destructive power of pornography. Like all sin, it starts
almost innocently, but always escalates. One day you are browsing through
X-rated pictures, and the next you are actually involved in a real physical
relationship. One day you are chatting with someone, the next your chat
becomes more graphic, and then you are actually sitting next to them. Like
all sin, there is a seductiveness that eases you into it, and one day you
wake up and you are in total bondage to that sin.

The reason pornography is a sin is because God’s plan for sex is ONLY for
marriage, and with your spouse. Our sexual thoughts are to be only about
that person God gives us to share our life with. ALL other thoughts are
impure. Fantasies take our mind to places they shouldn’t be going. Even if
we never act on them. Jesus said, “If you lust in your heart, you have
already committed the sin.” Is that a high standard? Yes! But God has called
us to live at a high level in our life. We are to live above the low
standards of this world. We are to find our sexual satisfaction in the mate
God gives us to share our life with. That means very simply this. First of
all, if you are NOT married, you need to keep your thoughts pure and save
not only your body, but your MIND for the one God has for your life. If you
are married, your sexual thoughts and activities are to be ONLY with your
husband or wife. Anything else is not God’s plan and is sin.

Now that we know what God expects, let’s talk about real life. There is to
be NO compromise. This is what God expects from us. Now, how do we get to
that point. The best case is you are still young, have not been exposed to
pornography, you have the warning of this message to guard yourself against
it. For those who have been exposed in the past to pornography, the key is
to “renew your mind” and flush it out. We do that each day using the
spiritual detergent of God’s Word. Stay away from porn and guard your
thought life.

Of course, there are those who are currently involved in pornography at some
level. It is bondage. Before you can get victory over it, you have to want
to quit. Once you get to that point, you must realize it is a battle. Like
any battle, to see victory you need a battle plan. You need one or several
people in your life to be accountable to. You need the strength each day
only the Lord can give you. There is victory over pornography just like any
other sin if you really WANT victory.

***IT IS NO COINCIDENCE THAT YOU ARE READING THESE WORDS TODAY. SATAN WANTS
TO DESTROY YOUR LIFE. GOD IS SPEAKING TO YOU NOW TO DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE
BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. IF YOU DON’T, IT WILL DESTROY YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, IT
WILL RUIN YOUR FUTURE, AND IT CAN LITERALLY KILL YOU. DEAL WITH IT NOW!!!

I love you and care about you so much. I will be praying for you. I realize
this is hitting home with many of you. Let it be a special tap on the
shoulder from God that NOW is the time to deal with this issue in your life.
It isn’t going to change until you decide to change. As you know, any time
we pervert the original plan of God, things never really work. We always get
cheated out of the best God has for us when we settle for what the world
offers. You can only know the true blessings of God, the fullness of what
life can give, when we are in His will, living life His way.

Please take a moment and pray for Joe Francis. Pray that through all he is
going through in his life right now, he will open his heart to hear God’s
voice speaking to him. He is obviously a very creative and talented young
man. He could use that talent and creativity to do great things for the
Kingdom. Pray that he will open his heart to receive Christ’s love and turn
his heart from this world and destroying people’s lives, to Jesus and help
save lives!

Since this is such an incredible problem so many face, this Friday, I will
be spending several hours praying for those in this bondage to pornography.
God is in the deliverance business, and I know that He can deliver you from
the bondage of pornography. I will be praying for those people fighting this
sin in their life and believing God to touch their heart, bring them under
conviction, and help them to have the courage to take the steps necessary to
walk away from this sin and live a victorious life. He is able, and can set
you free. God is STILL in the deliverance business!!!

In His love and service,
Your friend and brother in Christ,
Bill Keller bkeller@liveprayer.com

Encouragement for Women Whose Husbands Have Fallen Into Pornography Part II

Posted by Job on December 17, 2007

This is part I:  Encouragement for Women Whose Husbands Have Fallen Into Pornography

Read Part 1. by Debi Pryde

How Could He Do Such a Thing?

Perhaps you are wondering, How do men or women get entrapped by something as vile and self-centered as pornography and masturbation or by any kind of sexual immorality, for that matter? How can a husband say he loves his wife and then engage in such raunchy behavior? Women who are faced with questions like these often feel deeply betrayed. As the impact of their husband’s sin presses on them, they usually vacillate between anger, insecurity, and sorrow. Trust is shattered, and fear quickly slides into its place. Because involvement with pornography isn’t usually understood or expected, women often struggle to grapple with the realities of such an enslaving habit. With good reason, it is a sin that causes a wife to feel strangely violated. Something or someone else has used what she believed was exclusively hers alone.

To a woman who is reeling in the aftershock of discovering her husband’s vice, it seems senseless and incredibly stupid for him to risk losing everything that is dear in order to gratify sexual urges that are so base. Yet responding with disgust and bewilderment is the way most of us respond when we hear about someone who is enslaved to some devastating sin. We are surprised because we do not fully comprehend the power of sin or believe every person is vulnerable to being controlled by it.

Women who are discouraged as they try to understand their husband’s slippery slide into moral failure should consider the sins they might be enslaved to—perhaps to sins that don’t have the same consequences or stigma that enslavement to pornography does. Is gossip a problem? Worry? Anger? Is there complete self-control with the things one buys? Is credit- card debt a battle? How about time management, time in prayer, and Bible study? Do you have any difficulties there? No matter who we are or how well we have managed to keep ourselves from the clutches of sin, we all still need to be exhorted to “lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us” (Heb. 12:1, KJV). Sin is incredibly deceptive, powerful, and tailor-made to easily exploit every person’s weakest link. One person’s besetting sin may not be another’s.

It’s easy to see sexual sins as heinous when they don’t tempt us. But what about our own besetting sins? Have we made up our mind to flee from them only to be entrapped when our pet passions got the best of us once again? Have we asked for forgiveness again and again and still failed? If we are not careful, we can become just like the Pharisee who self-righteously told the Lord (who let us know the Pharisee prayed with himself), “God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess” (Luke 18:11-12). Whenever we, like the publican, derive our sense of being right with God from what we do or do not do, we become puffed up with pride, critical of others, unmerciful, and unforgiving. We can forget that God’s grace is no more grace if we deserve His forgiveness and righteousness. If we come to God in our own merit, we will find not approval but rejection.

It isn’t uncommon for a woman betrayed by her husband’s immorality to become so prideful and self-righteous that she prays, but God refuses to listen. The Scriptures teach us that “God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble” (1 Pet. 5:5). At the same time, her husband, who sinned so grievously against her, might humbly acknowledge his sin and turn in repentance to God. He may discover that the Lord is ready to grant him full forgiveness and restoration of fellowship. What a strange twist—the betrayed wife behaves like the Pharisee while her husband acts like the publican, who ”standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner” (Luke 18:13). The sinning husband can be forgiven and restored even while his wife, who was sinned against, can be estranged from God. What a sobering reminder that none of us deserves God’s mercy or forgiveness. None of us can be forgiven because we deserve to be. Humility elicits God’s compassion and grace, but pride elicits His opposition completely. “I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted” (Luke 18:14). The truth is, all of us can be as enslaved to sin as the husband who is enslaved to pornography. And the path to victory for us is the same path of victory for him.

What We Need

In a nutshell, all sins that involve self-indulgence reflect the same spiritual lack of temperance or self-control. Scripture recognizes temperance as a byproduct or fruit of the Spirit, a characteristic of those who “walk in the Spirit.” One who exercises his own will and lives as he pleases is one who “walks after the flesh.” On the other hand, one who is able to restrain the sinful desires of his human nature and obediently chooses to do God’s will is one who “walks after the Spirit.” The Bible tells us in Galatians 5:16-17, “This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust [sinful desires] of the flesh [human nature]. For the flesh lusteth [wars] against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.” If the ability to do right and to resist wrong depends on one thing—walking in the Spirit—then learning what “walking in the Spirit” is should be of utmost importance to every believer. Of all the Christian men (including many pastors) who have been enslaved by sexual sin and of all the Christian women who have been enslaved by bitterness and slander, none can honestly dispute the practical truth of this passage of Scripture. Those who daily walk in the Spirit find all the strength and grace they need to withstand temptation and to do what is right. Those who do not walk in the Spirit do not. The flesh can never be trusted. The Lord Jesus Christ can.

To “walk” refers to how we live and conduct our life. To “walk in the Spirit” is to depend upon and walk with the Lord in the same way God commanded Israel to walk with Him. “And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul” (Deut. 10:12). The blessings and benefits to those who choose to learn and do God’s commandments are spelled out throughout both the Old and New Testament. “Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein” (Hosea 14:9). David understood that the power and ability to walk with God begin first with a decision of the will but also depend on trusting in God’s enabling grace and strength to do so. God alone enables us to walk in His ways. “Teach me [dependence] thy way, O LORD; I will [the will exercised] walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name” (Ps. 86:11).

What both husband and wife need when faced with the aftermath of sexual sin is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, for He alone is the only means through which a husband will conquer his sexual sin or a wife will conquer the temptation to give up or become bitter. This is a time when both need to grasp the fact that one’s spouse never could and never will be able to provide the kind of emotional satisfaction and fulfillment that can come only from a wholehearted relationship with Christ. Even the best marriage relationship can be filled with disillusionment and disappointment if our first love is not our Savior with whom we are united forever.

What a miracle of God’s grace if your husband is experiencing true repentance and grappling with the realities of his sin. True repentance always brings true sorrow for sin. But whether your husband repents or not, you, the betrayed wife, desperately need to learn the practical lessons of walking with God, daily trusting Him, communing with Him, listening to Him, and depending on Him. He alone will never betray you, disappoint you, leave you, or cease loving you. At a time in your life when your hopes and dreams seem to be crumbling all around you, you have the privilege to flee to the Lord and to find in Him everything you need to face the challenges of each new day.

Many saints will testify that some of the sweetest times with the Lord are when we are experiencing the depths of anguish and despair. But God does not leave us in the valley of sorrows. He walks beside us in the valley and sustains us through the darkest night, and then He leads us ever upward to sunny pastures, where we will once again delight in all of God’s loving provision. David testified of this blessing when he said, “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD” (Ps. 27:13-14).

Look up, dear sister, and don’t look within. Don’t focus your thoughts on your husband—look up, for that is from where your help and deliverance will come! David learned this same lesson and confidently told us,

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore (Ps. 121:1-8).

Encouragement for Women Whose Husbands Have Fallen Into Pornography

Posted by Job on December 14, 2007

From Sharper Iron: Encouragement for Women Whose Husbands Have Fallen Into Pornography

by Debi Pryde

You’ve made it through the initial discovery. You’ve made the decision to stay in your marriage and fight for it. You know life will never be the same again, but life does goes on. The routines of everyday living continue—work, school, grocery shopping, housework, cooking, answering the phone. You are going through the motions, and you are giving your best. But discouragement and sorrow might still be your constant companions. Perhaps you are looking back instead of looking forward, and you are still mourning over what you might still see as total loss.Remember, discouragement is always rooted in the way we think—the specific thoughts we center our attention on, the “what ifs” and “if onlys” that crowd out any hope or rays of light. Yes, you may know God’s promises, but they will bring no comfort if your heart refuses to be comforted. Your heart may continue to mourn as though sorrow will somehow soothe the deep wounds that are yet so tender and sore. Oh, dear sister, there is no comfort, no joy, no healing, and no hope in the deep abyss of morbid thoughts and fears.

Would you take a moment to read these gentle reminders that can lead you out of the valley and into the light of day? As we have often sung,

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.

This truth doesn’t make sense to our human hearts, but the weapon that slays the enemy of discouragement is within our reach and within our power to pick up and use. We have the Holy Spirit Himself dwelling within us, and God wants us to be encouraged, comforted, and strengthened. The Bible assures us, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Cor. 10:3-5, KJV). Will you summon inner courage by praying right now and asking God to walk with us a moment and to strengthen you as we face some of those tormenting monsters together and conquer them with God’s sword?

Where in the World Did She Come from?

Many women have described their husband’s bondage to pornography as adultery with a woman they cannot speak to or confront; after all, she lives on the pages of a magazine or a website. She is a phantom who steals the attentions and affections of their husbands and entices them to follow her far away from real life at home in a real world. This perpetually naked woman, who is airbrushed to perfection, feels no concern for the home she destroys, for the hearts she breaks, or for the men she lures into her pernicious trap. She smiles provocatively and demands nothing—or so it seems to the men who are mesmerized by her. Little do they know that they are following this woman like a cow to the slaughterhouse (Prov. 7:22), where death and horror quietly await them.

This seemingly “harmless” fascination with a woman who never speaks or demands is, in reality, fascination with a woman who is leading a steady stream of men into a trap of the darkest and most sinister sort. While they are feasting on her delights, they are unaware that she is silently eroding their defenses and infiltrating every corner of their lives with only one intent—total destruction. A beautiful Trojan horse, she cares nothing for them and has no pity, though she destroys careers, marriages, homes, and—most precious of all—a man’s integrity, character, and relationship with God. Solomon warns about this woman. In Ecclesiastes 7:25, we read, “I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason of things, and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness and madness: And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares [traps] and nets, and her hands as bands [prison]: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.”

Men who have been taken by the beauty of this licentious woman called “pornography” have far greater problems than a fascination with lewd photography. They have been hooked by the lure of illicit sexual arousal. Pornography has one goal—arousal and sexual release. Make no mistake about it—the pictures are the bait, not the hook. The hook that snares and entraps is the sexual high. It’s certainly enticing because it seems better than the euphoria of elicit drugs with none of the “side effects.” It’s perfectly legal, comes without exposure to sexually transmitted diseases, costs little, requires no self-sacrifice, and demands no emotional ties or investments of time. Apparently, no one is hurt, no one is physically violated, and no adultery is committed. The illusion is that this sexual high is the most perfect stress release and trouble-free recreation a man could engage in with so little cost and trouble. There’s only one problem—this sexual high completely ignores God.

Men entrapped by the ritualistic habits of masturbation (self-sex) live as though sexual gratification were a sport rather than a sacred gift from God reserved for the intimacies of marriage. Masturbation disregards the one-flesh relationship of marriage characterized by physical union and mutual enjoyment. It exchanges the long-lasting delights of true intimacy and love with one’s spouse for a self-centered shortcut to momentary gratification that incrementally destroys a man’s ability to enjoy sex with his wife and to interact with her. It utterly destroys the mysterious spiritual bond that is established between a man and a woman who have come together in sexual union, and it ultimately grieves the Holy Spirit and alienates a man from his God. In the end, masturbation reduces a sacred act to lurid debauchery and hardens a man’s heart until he no longer hears the cries of his own wife or children—let alone the still-small voice of the Holy Spirit. High on the throne of his heart is his own insatiable lust, which rules his life with an all-encompassing tyrannical control.

Lust does conquer and rule whoever lingers in its grasp. What may have begun with curiosity or an impulsive act during a time of stress quickly envelops and consumes a man until he no longer controls it—lust controls him. And sometimes lust goes beyond the pages of photographic images and morphs into a real woman who is willing to play the part and become a living fantasy. How in the world can this sin happen to a Christian man, and is there any hope for his rescue? Thankfully, God’s love, grace, and power can transform even men who have been corrupted by the utter blindness and deception of sexual vices. There is hope and more than that—hope for a better tomorrow.

“What?” Paul asks incredulously, “know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. Flee fornication [any sexual immorality]. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body” (1 Cor. 6:16-18). Adultery is much more than physical intercourse between two living, breathing people. To understand why adulterous behavior by a spouse wreaks such internal havoc, one must understand that it is more than a simple physical act. Adultery includes any act that robs a marriage of intimacy that rightfully belongs to one’s marriage partner alone. God designed marriage, which is the intertwining of two people’s lives both physically and emotionally, to produce an exclusive and delightful bond of companionship.

The sexual union is something God created for our enjoyment. Animals procreate to satisfy sexual urges, but people automatically engage their minds when they engage in sexual union. People are designed in such a way that they develop an emotional attachment to the object of their love and physical attachment. Emotional intimacy and physical intimacy cannot be separated—the two complement and feed each other. If someone sets his (or her) love on the delights of a harlot, he will become inextricably attached to the harlot. If one sets his love on the delights of his spouse, he will become attached to his spouse. If one sets his love on himself, he will become attached to his own self and be enveloped in self-gratification. When human beings violate the built-in plan God set in motion, they will always suffer excruciating consequences.

A satisfying marriage relationship in which both partners are emotionally attached to each other can be compared to a glass of water that is completely filled. There’s no room for more water from another source—the glass is full. But when one or both partners begin investing their emotional and physical efforts in a third object of sexual attraction, the full glass of water begins slowly draining into another glass. Eventually, the once-full glass becomes a partially full glass of water and ultimately nothing more than a dry glass with nothing in it. Men and women in such a marriage sense that something is wrong with their marriage relationship. It is no longer satisfying or warm. They often wrongly conclude that they no longer love their spouse, or they believe all hope for the marriage is gone. What they do not recognize is that they themselves have stopped refilling the glass. They have poured themselves into another glass until their marriage glass has become empty. When both partners begin pouring themselves into each other and begin investing their attention and nurture into their own relationship, the “outside glass” becomes empty, and the marriage is once again full and satisfied.

With this illustration fresh in your mind, go back to the beginning of this article and reread the description of a man entrapped in pornography. Then be sure to read Part Two on Monday.

Pornography Addiction Flooding Church!

Posted by Job on June 6, 2007

My note: as a former Internet pornography addict, let me say two things: 1) pornography is evil and destructive and no Christian should be involved in it or support it in any way shape or form, even the so – called “soft – core pornography” and ESPECIALLY the new trend of sexualizing underaged and underaged – looking males and females and 2) I know from my own personal testimony that deliverance is available through Jesus Christ for all who are ensnared by pornography, and we are available at healtheland@lpemail.com to provide whatever assistance you need to break free of this destructive addiction, habit, and lifestyle. See original article in Christianity Today by clicking here., and text cut and pasted from article is below.

In a culture where sexuality and porn is now a part of everyday life, porn addiction in the church is escalating, according to a new survey.

In a poll of 1,000 respondents, 50 percent of Christian men and 20 percent of Christian women were found to be addicted to pornography. Conducted by ChristaNet.com, a popular Christian marketplace website, the poll asked visitors about their personal sexual conduct.

“There have been dynamic paradigm shifts in the behaviour of Christians over the last four years,” said Clay Jones, founder and president of Second Glance Ministries, which partnered with ChristiaNet.com to evaluate poll responses.

Many point to the Internet for the pervasive problem of sexual addiction.

“Technology (the Internet) has allowed pornography to flood the market place beyond a controllable level,” said Jones.

For the first time in history, the American culture has point-and-click pornography; porn stars have MySpace pages; and the Internet and reality TV have provided new platforms for young women to flaunt their sexuality, as reported by the Associated Press. In April, more than a third of the U.S. Internet audience visited sites that fit into the online “adult” category, according to comScore Media Metrix.

And according to Michael Simon, a therapist and high school counselor in the San Francisco Bay area, pornography or performative sexuality has “essentially become the standard of sexiness” rather than being one choice among many ways of being sexual, he told AP.

Yet a 2006 study reported by Morality in Media found that 73 percent of U.S. adults think that viewing pornographic websites and videos is morally unacceptable. Males ages 18 to 34 were more likely to say viewing pornographic material is morally acceptable (44 percent) than older males and females overall.

Still, today’s sexualised culture also has churchgoing women struggling with sexual addiction. The ChristiaNet.com survey found 60 percent of Christian women admitting to having significant struggles with lust; 40 percent saying they were involved in sexual sin in the past year; and 20 percent struggling with looking at pornography on an ongoing basis.

“We are seeing an escalation to the problem in both men and women who regularly attend church,” said ChistiaNet.com president Bill Cooper.

Rick Warren Is “Pastor” To Porn King Rupert Murdoch!

Posted by Job on May 11, 2007

There are a bunch of Christian links to this story that you can find on any search engine, but I decided to use this secular link from CNN instead (click here).

That is right, , one of the globe’s biggest purveyors of pornography through his many media outlets (especially DirecTV) – and who is also doing his best to get international banker Mormon Mitt Romney elected President through his Fox “News Channel” so that Romney can fill you with whatever demons that Murdoch’s media empire won’t and take you to the lake of fire for eternity – calls Mitt Romney is “pastor.” And I thought  calling  his “pastor” was bad enough Come to think of it, I thought Rick Warren inviting Barack HUSSEIN Obama to Saddleback was bad enough!

And surprise, surprise, it turns out that Rupert Murdoch likes to run with the Council On Foreign Relations crowd now. See this link and this one too, oh and there are many more. Perhaps that WOULD explain how Murdoch got the United States government to change their rules preventing foreign ownership of major media entities back in the 1980s. Free market GOP, right? Well, looks like Rick Warren is just another commodity that can be bought and sold for money (and power), and be not deceived: he is not alone, for far many more prominent (and not so prominent) ministers are falling for the same trap of the enemy (and that is assuming that they were ever legitimate servants of Christ to start out with, an assumption that should NOT be universally applied).

When challenged about his affiliation with Murdoch (who published “The Purpose – Driven Life”, making me more and more convinced that Warren is nothing more than a CFR anti – Christ plant sent to seduce Christians into practicing false doctrines and other religions and lead them into supporting the anti – Christ’s political goals), Warren said something to the effect of “I focus on the 80% that Murdoch and I agree on rather than the 20% that we do not.” Excuse me, but I would say that the Pharisees and Sadducees that Yeshua HaMashiach contended against agreed on 80% or even 90% of things, and the same with the gnostics, Judaizers, and other heretics that the New Testament epistle writers exposed, castigated, and warned the church against following (yep, the New Testament prophesied that people like Warren would come on the scene, and multiply in number and power during the last days).

Christians, it is no longer about challenging Rick Warren on the things that he says and does: the guy knows 100% what he is doing and does not care, OK? It is about challenging the people who go to his “church”, and by challenging his supporters. As a matter of fact, we have to challenge EVERY Christian pastor, leader, person with a presence on TV, radio, print media, etc. why they aren’t challenging Warren and these other obvious heretics like anti – Trinitarian yoga master heretic TD Jakes (who incidentally is another Council On Foreign Relations “pastor”). The only reasons why more Christians are NOT taking these guys on (or are taking them on for nonsense reasons that have nothing to do with heaven or the lake of fire) are A) fear of public condemnation and B) lust for money and power. In other words, DEMONS!

Demon Of The Day: Homophobia

Posted by Job on April 21, 2007

During “The Passion Of The Christ” controversy and a longtime thereafter (until I found out how abiblical it was), I was squarely on the side of Mel Gibson. Even during that time, however, this piece from the rabidly anti – Christian Christopher Hitchens gave me pause. Why? Because it discussed Gibson’s extreme homophobia. Make no mistake: the Bible clearly calls homosexuality is a sin and strongly suggests demonic influences that go along with this sin. But hating homosexuals is also a sin, and is just as demonic. I know this by experience: I have been there. I was raised in an extremely legalistic brand of false Christianity, and as such had a visceral hatred of homosexuals. I did not want homosexuals to touch me, look at me, talk to me, or be in my presence. Now I posed no physical threat of danger to homosexuals whatsoever, and would have given my life to save Tina Brandon (Boys Don’t Cry) and Matthew Shepard, but shortly after renouncing Christ I found myself gleefully consuming rap music that glorified murdering homosexuals. Such is the demented double – mindedness that legalistic pharisaic hypocritical Christianity breeds in the minds of its adherents. I am thoroughly convinced that there will be more homosexuals in heaven than legalists. But shortly after I gave my life to Yeshua HaMashiach FOR REAL, God had a plan for dealing with my hatred of homosexuals: sending me to live in Atlanta, one of the homosexual capitals of the world! By being forced to live near, work with, and otherwise daily encounter homosexuals, I had no choice to admit two things: 1) they were people just like me and 2) if I did not quickly overcome my hatred of homosexuals, I would be headed for an eternity in the lake of fire for my sin. Add 1) and 2) together, and the sin of homosexuality was no different from my sin. If anything, my sin was worse because as a Christian I was supposed to know better. My homophobia was preventing me from obeying the commandment of Christ: to love my neighbor as myself. Which meant, of course, that I was unable to love the God that I had never seen because I did not love the homosexuals that I saw daily.

So, how does a demon of homophobia enter into a person? Similar to the previously discussed racism (click here), the primary way that the door opens for this demon to enter is the homophobia demon gaining a legal right to do so by a person’s continual sin in this area. Simply, the homophobia demon enters people because people are taught to hate homosexuals. There is no “which comes first, the chicken or the egg” questions here. Make no mistake, the hatred comes first, the demon comes because of the hatred, and the demon amplifies the hate and makes it impossible for the homophobic to be freed of the hate until he confesses, repents of, and renounces his sin. And what is a major teacher of hate against homosexuals? False Christianity. Now we should not Christian – bash; there are many others. It is just particularly appalling when it comes to Christians because CHRISTIANS ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW BETTER. Look, when Christians stand up and thump their Bibles against homosexuality and how homosexuals are ruining our nation and culture and molesting our kids while at the same time tolerating fornicators, adulterers, liars, gossips, usurers, cheats, churches that are not being administered in the manner that the Bible prescribes, husbands who do not love their wives as Christ loves the church and wives who do not submit to their husbands, well then what are you doing? The only reason why the religious system has more opposition to homosexuals than it does all those other sins is because of culture. Well, Jesus Christ is not your culture (see link to document)! Why? Because Yeshua HaMashiach is not of the world, and the world has nothing in Yeshua HaMashiach. The world rejected Yeshua HaMashiach and nailed Him to a cross. So, because there was a time when the world rejected homosexuality and accepted all those other sins, so the church because of its worldliness followed after it. Christians have to separate themselves from the worldliness that BOTH tells them to be hypocritical towards homosexuals – which breeds hate and also opens doors to demons – AND causes them to tolerate, hide, cover up, and repress a multitude of other sins.

And speaking of repression, it is commonly believed that a great many fundamentalist Christians are actually repressed homosexuals. Well, it is true! See, demons let in other demons, and yes demons have an utterly depraved sence of ironic humor. So, a demon of homophobia – again often let in through false Christianity – will gain much sport by letting in a demon of homosexuality, and watching the person totally disintegrate because of the inner conflict. Why? Not only will this inner conflict ultimately kill a person, but it will open up more doors to other demons that will finish the job more quickly, and totally destroy that person’s life in the process. Case in point: Ted Haggard, who maintained his opposition to homosexuality because it was required to retain the members of his suburban megachurch and the power that he craved as leader of the National Association of Evangelicals, but he was so wrong (and militantly so) on so many other points of doctrine (and motivation) that so many demons entered the fellow that he literally went insane. And he is far from alone: so many prominent people – Christian and otherwise – who have had positions on homosexuality not grounded in scripture and a sincere love for Christ – which includes love for and a desire for redemption of the wayward sinner – that they themselves were found to be soliciting homosexual prostitutes or committing other forms of sexual immorality.

Case in point: the inspiration for my post “Will the Anti – Christ be homosexual? (click on link) “: a televangelist by the name of R.G. “Brother” Stair. While driving home one evening, I heard this fellow rail against gay marriage and make the totally ascriptural claim that homosexuality was going to bring in the anti – Christ. Realize that this fellow was convicted of sexual misconduct in 2004 (see link) and also in 2002 (see link). During his trials, it was also alleged that he committed murder by giving herbs to cause miscarriages and stillbirths in women that he impregnated, including several that were underage. It was also alleged that he was a major consumer of internet pornography, that he forbad married members of his congregation from having sex without his permission, and various other allegations of sexual sin (some of which he admitted to).

So please, Christians, flee homophobia. Reject all churches, doctrines, and cultural influences that cause you to hate homosexuals, and to have some sort of special regard for homosexuality above all other sins. Failing to do so can doom you to insanity and a reprobate mind on earth, and send you to eternity in the lake of fire. Further, failing to show love to homosexuals makes it that much harder to spread the gospel, and not only among homosexuals. Look, Christians, our hypocrisy is on display for EVERYONE. All of you religious right types who have more sermons against homosexuality in one week than you have against oppressing and exploiting the poor in ten years … you don’t think that the world is watching you? You don’t think that GOD is watching you? Repent, turn of your wicked ways, and seek deliverance from the demon of homophobia.

Mary Winkler: Victim Of Pornography Demons

Posted by Job on April 20, 2007

All right people, still believe that demons are not real? Then check out this link to a weblog entry which describes the pornography angle in the case of the Tennessee minister killed by his wife. Turns out that the guy was hooked on pornography, big time, and felt that he could defile his bedroom with that stuff, whether his wife consented or not! And realize this: Matthew Winkler may be dead, but the evil spirits that entered into him because of the sins of lust, pornography, perversion, unnatural affection, and abusing his wife (whom he was supposed to be loving as Christ loved the church) are still out there, looking for their next victim. And thanks to our absolute failure to do anything to stop pornography, even protect kids from it, there will be PLENTY of people for them to use to cause plenty of havoc to rape and sexually exploit, with vulnerable children and confused teenagers being their primary targets. Which, of course, causes emotional, mental, and psychological problems  (and demon possession) in still more kids. This nation is fast turning into a spiritual basket case, and we are foolish to think that things like gun control laws, hate crimes laws, abstinence and values education, etc. is going to turn things around. We need to get back to the Bible; to turn back to God. We need to do what the Ninevites did when God warned them that they would be destroyed. What makes us think that we are better than the Ninevites? Except that it won’t even take fire and brimstone falling down from heaven to destroy us. All will take is more family breakdown, more drug addiction (and there are far more addicts of legal drugs than illegal ones), more addicts to sex, gambling, alchohol, sports, and pornography, more street crime, more domestic violence, more cultural confusion and disorder, etc. and this nation will collapse in less than twenty years. Christians, believe in spiritual warfare. Believe in standing for the truth of God’s Word. Believe in spreading the gospel and not compromising it. You can make a difference and help stop this nation from collapsing. And even if this nation does not heed the Word of God and turn again to Him, by your obeying God’s Word He will stretch forth His Mighty Hand and protect you so that you will not collapse with it.

It did not mention whether Matthew Winkler went after his children. It would not surprise me if he did. When you have evil spirits inside you, you cannot control yourself! (Oh yes, where are all the “Christians cannot have demons in them” people in response to this Matthew Winkler and this Virginia Tech shooter case, huh? Two people raised as Christians right there.)  We have to get away from these false doctrines, this “Purpose Filled” prosperity/Word of Faith man centered feel good false Christianity, and get back to telling people that they need to obey and serve God. We need teach our kids not “values”, “morals”, “abstinence education”, or whatever, but to fear God so that they will not go after sin and find themselves filled with demons that cause them to go after witchcraft, pornography, drugs, rape, homosexuality, promiscuity, etc. A lot of you good Christian women AND MEN need to stop being so materialistic and career oriented, chasing some “American dream” that is quickly becoming a nightmare, and spend more time with your kids so that you can talk with them, play with them, and teach them about the Bible, and not just these little stories that supposedly teach values, but actual truth about the spiritual nature and power of God! We need to teach these kids that God loves them even if Mommy and Daddy don’t, and they can talk to God in prayer when they can’t talk to anybody else. That is the only way to rescue your kids from this downward death spiral that this nation seems headed for. Are you willing to do what it takes? Or are you going to keep on being lukewarm?

I remember the ending of Frank Peretti’s “The Visitation” where this guy’s demons – which had worked through him to commit unspeakable crimes – were laughing at him as he lay dying on the floor bleeding to death from a gunshot wound to the stomach. I am certain that Henry Winkler’s demons that he allowed into himself through pornography were doing the same as he lay dying on the floor with a shotgun blast to the chest. Now, in “The Visitation”, the antagonist had ample time to repent and ask God to forgive his sins, and had he done so, he would have been forgiven, but he chose not to because of the hatred and rebellion against God (and his inability to forgive his evil false preacher father) in his own heart that caused him to allow the evil spirits to enter into him in the first place. Now, shotgun blasts probably kill you much quicker than would bleeding the death from a stomach wound. So we do not know whether Matthew Winkler even had the chance to repent (no, I am not a member of the “once saved always saved” camp), let alone the mindset to. Be warned: if you are a Christian that keeps messing around with pornography, racism, false doctrines and religions, and other sins long enough, your mind will get so shredded that even on your deathbed you will not have the mindset to repent and ask God to save you from an eternity in the lake of fire. So if you are still stuck in your sins, get out today! There are a great many outstanding ministries out there that can help people just like you!

Fourfold Increase Of Severe, Sadistic Child Pornography On Internet

Posted by Job on April 17, 2007

Please see this link. This is another sign that Yeshua HaMashiach is returning soon. His prophecy stated that things would be as they were in the times of Noah when He returned Matthew 24:38, and please read Matthew 24 for its entirety to see the context. And how was it in the time of Noah? “And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5).” Unless you are one of those who believes that the references to evil in the Bible are simply metaphoric, then you cannot deny that the global proliferation of child pornography over the Internet – and the depiction of violent images at that – is nothing else but evil. Notice another reference to the earth in the days of Noah: “The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence (Genesis 6:11).” Even if you deny that the earth is currently corrupted with sin, you would HAVE to admit that it is corrupted with pollution, right? (And pollution is caused by corporate greed, which is sin, so the Biblical literalists win on that point anyway.) And it is IMPOSSIBLE to run away from the notion that violence is increasing throughout the earth, especially violence against children. So yes, the Bible is true: there will be a rapture: Jesus Christ Himself said so in Matthew 24. But we do not know the day or the hour of that event! So, to be saved from this evil wicked world and be prepared to meet the Lord no matter what happens, please follow these instructions if you have not already!

Christians Should Seek Change With The Gospel, Not Through Politics

Posted by Job on April 9, 2007

Last week, I sat in amazement as I watched the news reports of what several of the candidates for President had raised in the first quarter of this year.  With the 2008 elections still 19 months away, and with 6 morequarters of fundraising left, Senators Clinton and Obama each raised apx $25 million and former Massachusetts governor Romney $23 million.  All together, candidates raised around ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS during the first quarter of this year!  I watched very sad, thinking how God has blessed so many with great wealth and they squander their dollars trying to promote a political ideology when the fact is, it is NOT a politician who will save this nation, but a preacher of the Gospel!

The answers for this nation’s spiritual problems won’t be found in the promises of a politician but in the words of a preacher!  As  we are only 19 months from the next Presidential election, I think it is critical to look at the reality of where this nation is spiritually and what we can reasonably expect those in Washington to do about the key spiritual issues of our day that are also political issues.  In the past I have done
Devotionals on why political leaders are NOT spiritual leaders, trying to warn people that they have unrealistic expectations about what politicians can and will do regarding the spiritual issues our nation is faced with. The fact is, the spiritual problems of this nation won’t be solved by a politician but by a preacher!

Let’s just look at the hard facts.  For 6 years now, we have had an overtly evangelical Christian in the White House.  He enjoyed a majority in both the House and Senate most of that time.  With the incredible power of the Presidency and a majority in both Houses, this was the greatest opportunity Christians could have hoped for to see the issues we care about, core issues like marriage, family, life, the proliferation of porn and gambling,
addressed and brought into line with God’s Word.

We had every expectation of seeing movement on these issues since President Bush and many in the House and Senate made them priorities in their campaigns.  Make no mistake, it was the Christian vote who put President Bush into office not once, but twice by the slimmest of margins.  It was the Christian vote who gave him a majority in both the House and Senate. Christians had every right to expect to see the issues we care about addressed and brought back into line with God’s Word.

In his 2004 re-election campaign, President Bush promised to lead the charge for a Constitutional Amendment defining marriage as God defines it, a man and a woman. Once re-elected he did NOTHING.  Fortunately, it has been individual states who have been working hard to define marriage as a man and a woman, but it is now up to each state to make that determination and without the Constitutional Amendment, the definition of marriage is going to continue to be an ongoing issue not only in the legislatures of all 50
states, but in the courts.

Another issue the President ran on both times as well as many who were elected to the House and Senate were family issues.  One of the key family issues has been the abominable practice of same-sex couples adopting children.  Others include the special rights those who choose to engage in the sin of homosexuality seek and the use of the public education system by those in the homosexual movement to proselytize our children to their deviant sexual lifestyle.  On all of these family issues the President has
been woefully silent as Congress has, again, letting the individual states deal with these issues.

Two social issues that are tearing at the fabric of our society this Administration has refused to do anything about are the growing porn and gambling industries in this nation. Both porn and gambling are so mainstream now, children growing up accept them both as simply part of everyday life.  Daily, I deal with the destroyed lives, marriages, and
families left in the wake of these growing cancers in our society that nobody has the guts to tackle, let alone address.  For the record, the recent bill to ban Internet gambling shoehorned in on a Ports Security bill at Midnight a few months ago was simply geared to banning the offshore companies and opening up that industry to U.S. corporations.  Otherwise it would not have excluded things like betting on horses. lotteries and other
U.S.-based gambling enterprises that still take place online today legally.

Saddest of all has been the abortion issue.  I have been warning people for years now that we can’t keep slaughtering over 4,000 innocent babies every day and not see God’s wrath unleashed on our nation.  I firmly believe at any moment God will say enough and we will feel His wrath for the practice of infanticide.  It is not a matter of if, only when.  To his credit, President Bush has appointed two men to the United States Supreme Court who
by all indications could one day become key in helping to overturn Roe vs. Wade and take the Federal Government out of the business of killing babies, sending that issue back to each individual  state.  However, neither he nor Congress have taken any real leadership in this issue.

The President should have been on record from his first day in office of making the overturning of Roe a top priority.  In reality, in his 2004 re-election campaign when asked about that, he said it was NOT something he wanted to do.  He could have signed an Executive Order stopping all Federal funding to Planned Parenthood.  Why does the U.S. Government subsidize this organization that is the leading proponent and instrument in the killing of babies?  The fact is, this President, those the Christian community put into
the House and Senate, all who ran as proponents of life and against abortion, got elected and have done continually NOTHING.  The reality is, we are STILL slaughtering over 4,000 innocent babies every day.  ZERO, ZIP, NOTHING has changed.

Here is the problem.  It is very likely  that in 19 months whoever is elected our next President will support gay marriage,  perverting God’s plan for the family, and for the killing of babies.  So whatever opportunity there may have been to see these key spiritual issues addressed is really behind us.  Our hopes for a political solution seem to be over.

BUT FEAR NOT, GOD IS STILL ON HIS THRONE!  All these last 6 years have proven is that the President is  the Commander-in-Chief, NOT the Pastor-in-Chief as many in the Christian community expected.  I’m sad to say that the President is first and foremost a POLITICIAN.  This in no way minimized his personal faith, but it does reinforce what I have been sharing with you for years that our hopes for the spiritual direction of this nation won’t be found at a podium with the seal of the Untied States on it, but at a pulpit with a cross on it!  The one God will use to lead this nation back to righteousness won’t be a politician but a preacher!!!

I love you and care about you so much.  I’ve read through David Kuo’s book, “Tempting Faith.”  Kuo was the number two man in the White House’s Faith-Based office.  I’m not here to critique his book or the validity of all he wrote, but one thing seemed evident.  The White House certainly knew how to mobilize Christians to give money, give their time, and vote for them with the promise of championing the issues they cared about.  No matter what you think of Kuo’s book, the cold hard facts are the Bush Administration
used Christians to advance their political aspirations and failed to deliver on ANY of their promises.  I am not even so concerned about their failure as I am the fact for the most part, they didn’t even try.

Please don’t take what I am saying today as an excuse to recuse yourself from the political process.  We MUST be involved in every facet of our lives, including in the political arena.  There are very Godly men and women who run for office, who get elected to office, and really do try and advance Biblical values through their service.  God knows who they are and He knows their hearts.  We need to continue to do our best to seek out Godly men and women who will support Biblical values and do all we can to elect them to office.

The point today, however, is that if you are expecting a politician to lead this nation back to God and Godly values, you will always be disappointed. It isn’t going to happen.  Actually, it shouldn’t happen because that is not what a politician does.  It is not the job of those we elect to office to bring righteousness back into our land, that is the job of the preacher. While we must support and elect candidates for every office who uphold
traditional Biblical values, we must never forget that it is the preacher who is void from the compromise of politics that God will raise up to bring this nation back to Himself.  A preacher who isn’t looking for fame, or for fortune, but is simply being obedient in calling this nation to repentance.

A great nation like the United States has many incredible issues to face each and every day.  May we pray daily for those we elect to every office to do their best and seek God for direction in helping guide this great country, to keep it free and to keep it safe.  That is the main job those we elect to office have to perform.  While it would be nice to have leadership from our politicians on the spiritual issues of our day, ultimately that
leadership has to come from the pulpit.  The heart of this nation won’t be changed by passing laws, but by turning to the Truth of God’s Word and Jesus Christ.  The spiritual direction of this nation won’t be guided by a politician but by a preacher!!!

Your friend and brother in Christ,

Internet Pornography

Posted by Job on March 4, 2007

***ONE OF THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE FORCES TO MARRIAGES, FAMILIES, AND INDIVIDUAL LIVES IN OUR WORLD TODAY IS INTERNET PORNOGRAPHY.  IT IS A WORLDWIDE PROBLEM THAT AFFECTS MEN AND WOMEN EQUALLY.  THIS MESSAGE TODAY SHINES A BRIGHT SPOTLIGHT ON THIS ISSUE SOCIETY REFUSES TO DEAL WITH, AND COULD DELIVER SOMEONE, EVEN YOU, FROM THE GRIPS OF THIS BONDAGE.

Internet pornography.  In one of today’s anchor verses from Matthew’s Gospel, Jesus said, “But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”  Several years ago, famed Criminal Defense Attorney Johnnie Cochran passed away from a brain tumor. Cochran who will always be remembered as the architect of the defense team that got O.J. Simpson acquitted of double murder was as talented a lawyer as there ever was.  However, even the great Johnnie Cochran could not get you found “not guilty” of adultery if you are looking
at pornography on the Internet.  There is no difference in the eyes of God if you meet someone who is not your spouse and have sex with them in a motel room, or if you sit in front of your computer and lust after the images of someone who is not your spouse.

Some people may not think Internet porn is a big deal.  Let me assure you that it is a VERY BIG DEAL.  Sadly, I get to see the destroyed lives, the broken marriages, the damaged children from pornography every single day.  A myth is that porn is a male problem.  That may have been the case in the past, but I can assure you that 50% of the people I deal with daily in bondage to porn are women.

PORNOGRAPHY DESTROYS LIVES!  It is not harmless entertainment.  It causes people to lust which is a sin.  It destroys a person’s sexual life as God intended it to be.  It leads people into bondage.  It progresses from voyeurism to actually living out deviant sexual acts in real life. Pornography ruins marriages, ruins a person’s ability to have a normal,
healthy relationship with someone who they may actually fall in love with and marry, and worst of all it damages a person’s relationship with God. Porn is a tool satan uses very effectively to “kill, steal, and destroy” human lives!

The fact is, pornography on the Internet could be virtually wiped out and eliminated IF there was a real desire to do so.  Right now, the only technological tool to fight Internet porn is filtering.  Filtering does NOT work no matter what the claims those who offer it want to make.  It either filters too much content or not enough.  As soon as a new filter is offered, in hours the porn industry has found ways around it.  In addition, most junior high school children can get around any filter if they want to. Filtering is as effective as 5 sandbags are in trying to stop a flood.

So how could porn be virtually wiped out and eliminated from the Internet? You go after the MONEY!  Internet porn is a billion dollar a year industry. Cut off the money, and it ceases to exist.  When someone buys porn on the Internet the money flows through the banking system, mostly through credit cards.  That money ultimately ends up in someone’s bank account.  If credit card companies quit processing porn transactions, if banks quit accepting money from credit card clearing companies that handle pornography business, if the government began doing serious investigations into the people and
companies who own the accounts the porn money ends up in, you could put a HUGE dent in the Internet pornography business overnight.

The other way to shut down Internet porn is by companies that supply bandwidth, refusing to sell the bandwidth needed to those businesses that are putting pornography on the Internet.  Also, individual Internet Service Providers (ISPs) like AOL, Roadrunner, Earthlink, Yahoo, MSN, or whichever company you use, could block any domain that provided pornographic material.

Now some of you may be saying, if it is that easy why doesn’t it happen. That is a simple answer, MONEY.  Again, Internet porn is a BILLION DOLLAR industry.  It is HUGE business for the credit card companies.  It is HUGE business for the banks.  It is HUGE business for the companies that sell bandwidth.  It is HUGE business for the ISPs.  I can guarantee you that as easy as it would be to virtually eliminate all pornography from the
Internet overnight, it will NEVER HAPPEN because there are too many people are making too much money from it!!!

The other avenue to fight this battle is legally.  The problem there however is gutless politicians with no desire to take on the pornography industry. Larry Flynt and other powerful people in the porn business have shown in the past a willingness to go after any politician that opposes them, not to mention the fact that the porn industry gives lots of money to politicians.

Sadly, going after the entire pornography industry that will take in over 10 billion known dollars this year has not been a priority of the Bush Administration or of the Attorney General.  Factor in liberal judges around the country that will give the pornographers favorable rulings when cases are brought to court, as well as the fact that 40% of Internet porn originates from other countries, and the chance to stop Internet porn through the legal system is simply a dream.

I love you and care about you so much.  Let me tell you this, Liveprayer will be illegal on the Internet before pornography is!  So what is the answer?  For parents, you have got to understand that using the Internet as a babysitter is like allowing your child to play in the middle of a busy freeway during rush hour.  It is simply an accident waiting to happen.

You MUST be diligent and monitor what sites your child visits, monitor who they chat with, and sit them down and have open and honest conversations with them about the dangers of the Internet.  Talk to them about pornography and why it is a sin.  Talk to them about being careful of who they may “meet” in chatrooms.  The better they are trained on the dangers of the Internet, the better equipped they will be when faced with those dangers.

As for adults who struggle with a bondage to pornography, it is a battle like any other.  You have got to first be willing to admit you have a problem, and then turn to the Lord to find the strength and plan to get victory over your bondage.  This may be a wake up call for many who have this problem in your life today.

*Listen to me, IT IS NO ACCIDENT YOU ARE READING THIS TODAY, GOD IS
SPEAKING TO YOU, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET VICTORY OVER THIS BATTLE WITH PORN ONCE AND FOR ALL BEFORE IT DESTROYS YOUR LIFE!

I will be praying for you today.  Praying that you realize what a huge problem Internet pornography is.  Sadly, because it is such a huge industry the things that could be done to shut it down will never be done, both from the technical and legal side.  That is sad because that only means it will continue to be a growing problem we will have to deal with in our nation.

Now more than ever, the church has got to get serious about this issue.  We have got to reach out to those in bondage to porn and help them find deliverance through Christ.  We have got to continue to warn parents of this danger so they can train their children to be aware of this trap that candestroy their lives.  Ultimately, we have got to continue to share with this lost and hurting world the fact that Jesus Christ, and Jesus Christ alone is
the answer.  Whatever momentary satisfaction may be found in porn, it cannot compare to the true joy that comes from Christ.

The business world is not going to fight this battle, the politicians are not going to fight this battle, it is up to the people of God to fight this battle!!!

In His love and service,
Your friend and brother in Christ,
Bill Keller
