State GOP chair: McCain ‘kind of like Jesus
Columbus — Georgia Republican Party chairwoman Sue Everhart said Saturday that the party’s presumed presidential nominee has a lot in common with Jesus Christ. “John McCain is kind of like Jesus Christ on the cross,” Everhart said as she began the second day of the state GOP convention. “He never denounced God, either.” Everhart was praising McCain for never denouncing the United States while he was being tortured as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. “I’m not trying to compare John McCain to Jesus Christ, I’m looking at the pain that was there,” she said.
Now we know that this woman worships the false god of America idolatry, culture, politics, economics (bull worship) in the place of Jesus Christ. People, America is not God the Father in any sense. America did not create the universe. A person can be totally disloyal towards the United States and still go to heaven because rejecting America is not a sin. If it is, then a lot of these religious right Christians are going to do do bellyflops into the lake of fire because so many of them hate Canada, France, Russia, and pretty much the entire third world. The very people that are so in love with the American flag that they physically threaten their own pastor over removing the flag from the pulpit are not likely to make effective evangelists in the 10/40 window. Why? Because you cannot effectively evangelize a place unless you have love for the people there, and if you make America your god, you won’t have love for people that live anywhere else. Quite the contrary, a lot of religious right Christians like using our being “a Christian nation” as a mark of cultural and intellectual superiority and the reason for our wealth and power, and have no interest in having something in common with nations filled with very poor dark – skinned tribal people, because if someone holding a spear wearing a loincloth sitting in a mud hut in third world Asia, Africa, or Latin America is worshiping Jesus Christ, then that America – worshiping Christian will have to acknowledge that this naked barbarian is his equal, his brother in Christ Jesus! As a matter of fact, he might be convicted by the fact that this third world Christian might be living a superior Christian lifestyle to him because this third world Christian isn’t watching Fox News, listening to talk radio, obsessed with hoarding and protecting wealth and material things, checking out the latest explicit pictures of teeny bopper “actresses” young enough to be their daughter on the Internet, etc. We have so many stories from the mission field where the gospel of Jesus Christ is transforming cultures right while in our own “Christian nation” the religious right accepts leadership from in the closet homosexuals, drug addicts, bigots, heretics, false heretic preachers, and people on their third wives. People, nonsense like this is why: it is obvious that so many of these so – called Christians are worshiping the flag instead of Jesus Christ. That is why I am glad Sean Oliver Allen removed that flag from his pulpit, and while I am no fan of Barack HUSSEIN Obama, it is revealing that more religious right sorts are furious at him for not wearing an American flag lapel pin than over his being a member of the apostate United Church of Christ denomination. Even now, they only focus on Jeremiah Wright’s anti – Americanism than the apostasy of a denomination that would allow such a pastor to begin with. But hey, since their denominations allow the Rod Parsleys, Pat Robertsons, Kenneth Copelands, John Hagees, and RICK WARRENS/BRIAN MCLARENS/ERWIN MCMANUSES of the world, who are they to talk about that?
The amazing thing is that there will be NO OUTRAGE WHATSOEVER IN THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT because of this comment, and certainly nothing approaching the firestorm over Jeremiah Wright. And that should tell you something, as where Jeremiah Wright only attacked America, capitalism, and white people this woman attacked the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Driving to work this morning viewing the effects of the terrible thunderstorms that spared my neighborhood but hard hit the one right next to mine, I was listening to Christian radio. Out of the blue comes TD Jakes’ booming voice. In it, he first speaks of how much he loves America and so forth. I immediately thought of Jakes doing this to exploit anger over Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, and Jeremiah Wright’s considerably less than jingoistic statements and actions. Then he went into his exhortation spiel for people to register and get out to vote.
First, I see Lifeway Bookstores, owned by the Southern Baptist Convention, selling TD Jakes’ doctrinal error (oneness pentecostalism and the Word of Faith/prosperity doctrine are but a few of his MANY problems) and now the National Religious Broadcasters are using this guy. I had been using the NRB as a sort of a refuge from the blatant charismania that you will find on The Word Network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, Daystar, etc. So I just ignored the heavy Pat Robertson presence on the channel, as well as their “white Europeans are the descendants of the children of Israel … the Danube River is so named because of the tribe of Dan” show that comes on early in the morning. I also ignored their embrace of the Ellen White Seventh Day Adventist cult. So I suppose that I cannot cast NRB aside on Jakes’ account, since the ones that I just named are hardly better – if anything some might be worse – or else I would be reacting out of a personal dislike for Jakes rather than on principle. (On the other hand, Slice of Laodicea has criticized NRB, albeit for different reasons, such as this post stating that not one red cent of NRB’s $5 BILLION IN ASSETS is being used to defend the faith from Oprah Winfrey.)
Incidentally, speaking of TD Jakes and PR spots, he has another one out (I did not catch the sponsor!) promoting single sex education, saying that “boys need their own schools so that they will be able to, you know, romp and stuff (his choice of words not mine!) and that boys learn differently from girls and needed their own classrooms in order to be accommodated. So … it looks like Jakes is not that far removed from Jeremiah Wright’s separatist doctrines after all?
I have to be honest, back when I was part of the religious right and allowing my worldview to be shaped by the Washington Times and the National Review, I was in full agreement. But now … I just recall reading about this inner city public school that went all male. Sure, the discipline problems decreased and the test scores went up. But when they interviewed the boys that attended the school, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WANTED THEM TO BRING THE GIRLS BACK! Why? Because, er … BOYS LIKE GIRLS! Or at least they are supposed to anyway. Perhaps now that T.D. Jakes is on board with the new world order’s gay rights agenda (and yes this is relevant … perhaps due to his son) he thinks it is OK. To me, the whole single sex education thing … who wants it? Certainly not the kids. Not the administrators or teachers. Parents go for it only because they are desperate for any hook or angle to improve the failing school systems that the government is ruining on purpose. Not even the old fashioned religious sorts – of which I am one – think that it is a good idea anymore, where you were supposed to keep boys and girls separate in their little boarding or finishing schools (where they were supposed to look OH SO CUTE in their little uniforms I guess) UNTIL GRADUATION DAY WHEN YOU MARRY THEM OFF.
Sorry people, but society has changed. Not all of the changes have been for the good, but methinks that one of the most important things for a boy to learn from school is how to treat a lady and how to behave yourself in their presence. For some of us guys, those things do not come naturally, and you only learn them through trial and error. Especially error. (If you don’t learn to handle competition and rejection in junior high and high school, how on earth are you supposed to handle being turned down for jobs, promotions, college choices, etc. later in life?) So … HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO LEARN THOSE THINGS IF THERE ARE NO GIRLS AROUND TO LEARN THEM FROM?
Like I said, TD Jakes may have his own reasons for wanting to turn your local public school into Morehouse College or similar, and whatever they are I oppose them 100%. All the more reason why the Southern Baptist Convention should not be selling this guy’s books and NRB shouldn’t be using him for their get out the vote campaign. But I suppose that this oneness anti – Trinitarian heretic is just too good at making money and moving public opinion for these people to pass up. That is, unless they are actually along with Jakes, on his side. After all, the Southern Baptists refuse to do anything about the likes of New Age heretic Erwin McManus and Council on Foreign Relations worker Rick Warren (and Richard Land too?), and as stated earlier, Al Sharpton Al Gore global warming propagandist partner Pat Robertson is a major partner with the NRB.

When I first started this website, I enthusiastically endorsed Jesus camps, thinking that they were an excellent way to turn children into spiritual warriors – as it WAS initially a charismatic spiritual warfare site – from an early age. Well … WOW WAS I WRONG! Jesus camps use the evil combination of spiritually seductive charismatic slain in the spirit frenzy and dominion theology politics. Instead of teaching children to pray for their enemies, to show kindness to the poor and elderly people, to interpret the Bible and discern doctrines, to worship and praise the Lord in a dignified manner becoming His glory, and to exhibit the fruits of the Holy Spirit, these folks are feeding these children false Christian doctrines and fascist notions of merging church, state, culture, etc. that will makes any of them that internalize this spiritual evil easy pickings for the anti – Christ and moreover very willing workers in the plot to create the climate where the man of sin will take power. The more things like this come out, as well as things with the Jesus Seminar, Mike Huckabee, Jeremiah Wright … Bible believing Christians have to start speaking out. There is something seriously wrong with both the religious right and the religious left, and we have to start boldly opposing it with the Word of God.
Watch this video below and pray for these children … and for their parents. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7157148037183248346

People, if I TRIED to make up things pertaining to the current wicked state of the world – with people calling themselves Christians contributing to a heavy part of it – I would not be able to come up with anything like this. The nugget describing the various people (including Nancy Pelosi and Newt Gingrich) in this $300 million dollar ad campaign that they honestly claim is “being largely funded with profits from the movie An Inconvenient Truth” (which only made $15 million in the U.S. … even “Fahrenheit 9/11”, the highest grossing documentary ever barely made $100 million in the US!). Republicans and Democrats, liberals and conservatives, religious right and religious left all sitting in a tree … the article below proves that all of these people, who are heavily involved with the Council on Foreign Relations and other similar organizations, are on the same side. Now we know that John McCain, who has been promoting this agenda for some time now in return for his shot at going from being a back bench senator to someone that people have actually heard of, has joined up with these people. And we also know Barack Obama’s connections to them, and those of his wife. Hillary Clinton? Married to Bill, so enough said!
People, the end is near. Jesus Christ is coming back soon, and only those that are born again will be ready to meet Him. Are you one of those ready to meet the Lord? If not, please follow The Three Step Salvation Plan right now!

Rev. Moon-allied group hosts Bush brother in Paraguay – CNN.com
ASUNCION, Paraguay (AP) — Neil Bush, younger brother of President Bush, called on Paraguay’s president as the guest of a business federation founded by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon. A presidential press office source, who spoke on condition of not being named, confirmed the younger Bush met President Nicanor Duarte on Thursday along with a delegation from the Universal Peace Federation, a group associated with Moon.
Duarte had no statement on the meeting. Antonio Betancourt, a spokesman for the federation, said that Bush visited Duarte and later met with an opposition congressional leader, Sen. Miguel Abdon Saguier, and that both expressed interest in the Bush family and discussed local matters. Betancourt said Bush later attended a leadership seminar sponsored by the federation. The federation’s Web site says it is trying to promote peace in the Middle East, South Asia and other regions, as well as proposing a 50
mile (85-kilometer), $200 billion tunnel linking Siberia and Alaska.
A leading Paraguayan newspaper, ABC Color, reported Friday that Bush spoke at the leadership seminar about instilling a “culture of service” and better uniting individuals and organizations behind objectives that serve peace and the common good. It said the seminar, held at an Asuncion hotel, was entitled “Toward a New Paradigm of Leadership and Government in Times of World Crisis.” The newspaper said other participants included Jose Maria Sanguinetti, the former Uruguayan president. Groups allied with Moon publish a newspaper, operate businesses and have large land holdings in Paraguay, South America’s second-poorest country. Copyright 2008 The Associated Press. OK, so how many of these religious right leaders know about the financial ties between the Bush family and Moon and aren’t saying anything? Probably about the same number that themselves have ties to Moon! People, Jesus Christ is coming back soon, because this anti – Christ system of politics and economics based on all of these strange “universal peace” religious cults is steadily on the march! Are you studying, researching, watching and praying so that you will not be deceived? If not, then what is your excuse? Or maybe your problem is that you are not born again, not a believer in Jesus Christ. If that is your issue then fix it right now: follow The Three Step Salvation Plan!

First Huckabee, then McCain, who was on record in 1999 as stating that he did not want to overturn Roe v. Wade. McCain also has a long record of opposing many of the things on Hagee’s political and religious agendas. This just proves that the guy who denies the Messiahship of Jesus Christ, claims that Jesus Christ was killed by Rome for His political beliefs, prophesied that the United States would attack Iran in 2007 (and is still demanding that we attack Iran!) and preaches dual covenant theology is simply in it for the power and money.

The little piece of literature is making the predictable rounds around the Internet, so it is fitting that I took it from this site. Let me preface my comments with this: the piece is a sham. And according to this link from the outlet where this evil manifesto first appeared, the guy who wrote it doesn’t even believe it, but is using it as a publicity stunt to advance his writing career. That shows how easy it is to manipulate people that lack Biblical mindsets. I should know: I voted for George W. Bush. Twice. Please see below.
There is a great amount of interest in this year’s presidential elections, as everybody seems to recognize that our next president has to be a lot better than George Bush. The Democrats are riding high with two groundbreaking candidates — a woman and an African-American — while the conservative Republicans are in a quandary about their party’s nod to a quasi-liberal maverick, John McCain.
Each candidate is carefully pandering to a smorgasbord of special-interest groups, ranging from gay, lesbian and transgender people to children of illegal immigrants to working mothers to evangelical Christians. (Great job comparing working mothers to homosexuals, sex change operation recipients, and criminals.) There is one group no one has recognized, and it is the group that will decide the election: the Angry White Man. The Angry White Man comes from all economic backgrounds, from dirt-poor to filthy rich. He represents all geographic areas in America, from urban sophisticate to rural redneck, deep South to mountain West, left Coast to Eastern Seaboard.
His common traits are that he isn’t looking for anything from anyone — just the promise to be able to make his own way on a level playing field. (Which has never existed anywhere in the world and never will.) In many cases, he is an independent businessman and employs several people. He pays more than his share of taxes and works hard. The victimhood syndrome buzzwords — “disenfranchised,” “marginalized” and “voiceless” — don’t resonate with him. (Except when he applies them to himself using different buzzwords. As a matter of fact, the National Review’s Michael Graham wrote the book Redneck Nation, which asserts that blacks learned the victim mentality from southern whites!) “Press ‘one’ for English” is a curse-word to him. He’s used to picking up the tab, whether it’s the company Christmas party, three sets of braces, three college educations or a beautiful wedding. (So people like this expect credit for doing what they should be doing anyway? A big thank you for being responsible moral people? What, your tie on Father’s Day isn’t good enough for you?)
He believes the Constitution is to be interpreted literally, not as a “living document” open to the whims and vagaries of a panel of judges who have never worked an honest day in their lives. (You can keep your Constitution written by humanists, freemasons, Unitarians, deists, and Enlightment philosopher wannabe slave raping Thomas Jeffersons. I will stick to interpreting by Holy Bible literally and living by it.) The Angry White Man owns firearms, and he’s willing to pick up a gun to defend his home and his country. He is willing to lay down his life to defend the freedom and safety of others, and the thought of killing someone who needs killing really doesn’t bother him. (And yet God was greatly bothered after destroying the wicked world with the flood. That is in Genesis, in the book whose literal interpretation should mean a lot more to you than the Constitution.)
The Angry White Man is not a metrosexual, a homosexual or a victim. Nobody like him drowned in Hurricane Katrina — he got his people together and got the hell out, then went back in to rescue those too helpless and stupid to help themselves, often as a police officer, a National Guard soldier or a volunteer firefighter. (47% of Katrina victims were white. Most of the people stranded there either tried to ride out the hurricane or did not have cars.) His last name and religion don’t matter. His background might be Italian, English, Polish, German, Slavic, Irish, or Russian, and he might have Cherokee, Mexican, or Puerto Rican mixed in, but he considers himself a white American. (And these same people demand of everyone else that they only consider themselves Americans with no regard for race instead of “hyphenated Americans”. Self – serving hypocrisy comes with anger I suppose.)
He’s a man’s man, the kind of guy who likes to play poker, watch football, hunt white-tailed deer, call turkeys, play golf, spend a few bucks at a strip club once in a blue moon, change his own oil and build things. He coaches baseball, soccer and football teams and doesn’t ask for a penny. He’s the kind of guy who can put an addition on his house with a couple of friends, drill an oil well, weld a new bumper for his truck, design a factory and publish books. He can fill a train with 100,000 tons of coal and get it to the power plant on time so that you keep the lights on and never know what it took to flip that light switch. (Can he cast out demons? Make the blind see? Heal the sick? Raise the dead? Otherwise I am not impressed.)
Women either love him or hate him, but they know he’s a man, not a dishrag. If they’re looking for someone to walk all over, they’ve got the wrong guy. He stands up straight, opens doors for women and says “Yes, sir” and “No, ma’am.” He might be a Republican and he might be a Democrat; he might be a Libertarian or a Green. He knows that his wife is more emotional than rational, and he guides the family in a rational manner.
He’s not a racist, but he is annoyed and disappointed when people of certain backgrounds exhibit behavior that typifies the worst stereotypes of their race. (Does by fulfilling the worst stereotypes of their race does he mean people like George W. Bush and Dick Cheney? Of course not.) He’s willing to give everybody a fair chance if they work hard, play by the rules and learn English. (I agree, George W. Bush should certainly learn English.)
Most important, the Angry White Man is @#$%ed off. (Amazing that an unnecessary coarse vulgarity that I just edited out was printed in a newspaper. Then again, maybe it isn’t amazing in the least.) When his job site becomes flooded with illegal workers who don’t pay taxes and his wages drop like a stone, he gets righteously angry. (Bush doesn’t. And by the way, black workers were displaced by the millions of Irish, Italians, Polish, and other white immigrants in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Not that any of you care about that.) When his job gets shipped overseas, and he has to speak to some incomprehensible idiot in India for tech support, he simmers. (Since you spoke of incomprehensible idiots, Bush doesn’t.) When Al Sharpton comes on TV, leading some rally for reparations for slavery or some such nonsense, he bites his tongue and he remembers. (Remembers what? About how white people were perfectly fine with big government under the New Deal when they got 99% of the benefits, and only started wanting small government after the New Deal had built the white middle class and the Great Society tried to give blacks a LIMITED version of what whites received then and still disproportionately receive now under Social Security, MediCare, and prescription drugs and will receive in the near future with universal healthcare? Naah, angry white males have forgotten all that.) When a child gets charged with carrying a concealed weapon for mistakenly bringing a penknife to school, he takes note of who the local idiots are in education and law enforcement. (What ever happened to “Do the crime, do the time, lock ’em up and throw away the key! Oh I forgot, that was before zero tolerance policies started being enforced on white suburban kids. None of these folks cared when blacks were receiving cruel sentences for minor crimes. Crack cocaine versus powder cocaine anyone? Or how about a life term because stealing a slice of pizza is your third strike?)
He also votes, and the Angry White Man loathes Hillary Clinton. Her voice reminds him of a shovel scraping a rock. He recoils at the mere sight of her on television. Her very image disgusts him, and he cannot fathom why anyone would want her as their leader. It’s not that she is a woman. It’s that she is who she is. It’s the liberal victim groups she panders to, the “poor me” attitude that she represents, her inability to give a straight answer to an honest question, his tax dollars that she wants to give to people who refuse to do anything for themselves. (Again, this makes her different from George W. Bush how? Amazing how none of these people care the least about how much money Halliburton, the Carlyle Group, Blackwater, and the oil companies have received via corporate welfare and outright fraud. And don’t get me started on faith – based programs and vouchers …)
There are many millions of Angry White Men. Four million Angry White Men are members of the National Rifle Association, and all of them will vote against Hillary Clinton, just as the great majority of them voted for George Bush. (No comment required.) He hopes that she will be the Democratic nominee for president in 2008, and he will make sure that she gets beaten like a drum.
Suffice it to say this: ungodly anger is a sin. Evidence: Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath says Ephesians 4:26. Further James 1:20 says For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. Now did righteous men in the Bible get angry? Yes, but it was godly anger. Godly anger is getting angry at one thing – SIN – for one reason – BECAUSE SIN IS A CRIME AGAINST A RIGHTEOUS GOD. Now if you have never experienced godly anger, then there is a great chance that you are not born again because either you have no concept in the spiritual matter of what a great offense vile sin is to God, or you know but don’t care. People like that make up the “judge not” community, as well as those that claim the grace of God grants one license to either be lascivious (Jude 1:4) or forces them to endure evil without condemning and acting against it (1 Corinthians 5:1-5). But if you get angry for any reason other than realizing what a profane stench sin makes in the nostrils of God and how abominable it is in the eyes of God and how it vexes and pains the very definition of love, mercy, patience, forgiveness, and righteousness, well then your anger is a sin. And that sin makes you every bit as much in danger of eternal judgment in the lake of fire as the people that you are angry with (some of which no doubt will be saved … Matthew 5:3 did say blessed is the poor for theirs is the kingdom of heaven after all)!
So please, follow The Three Step Salvation Plan so that your anger can go from being ungodly to being as the godly anger of Jesus Christ exhibited when He drove the moneychangers out of the temple, and do it right now for tomorrow is not promised to you.

Still more evidence that conservative Protestant evangelicals have been taken for a ride by Rome.
D.C. may get 7 ‘values-based’ schools – USATODAY.com
For Catholic schools in the nation’s capital, it’s feast and famine these days.
Donors have helped the Archdiocese of Washington pump $60 million into its schools in the past decade. In 2004, Congress approved a $14 million voucher that paid tuition last year for more than 1,900 students.
But as in other big cities, shifting demographics have drained D.C. of families who want to send their kids to Catholic schools, even when it’s free. And Congress, which is controlled by Democrats, probably won’t renew the voucher program.
Meanwhile, the city is at the heart of the USA’s quiet love affair with privately run, publicly financed charter schools: One in five D.C. students attend a charter.
Faced with a $55 million long-term deficit and the looming closure of nearly half its schools, the archdiocese awaits approval of an unusual proposal: converting a handful of schools to secular “values based” charter schools that reflect Catholic morality but don’t overtly teach church doctrine.
FIND MORE STORIES IN: Washington | Congress | Catholic | Archdiocese | DC
The bid represents the largest of its kind so far — and though it stands a good chance of approval by the D.C. Public Charter School Board in April, it’s opposed by the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA), which says the schools will lose their greatest strength: their religious character.
“This isn’t a path for everyone,” says archdiocese spokeswoman Susan Gibbs. “But we look around at other dioceses and they close their doors. We couldn’t do that.”
An independent, non-profit board would run the seven proposed elementary schools, with no teaching of Catholic doctrine, no in-school prayer and no religious artifacts on the walls. In fact, none of the proposed charters would be considered “Catholic” schools. Essentially the archdiocese would act as a landlord.
In that sense, it’s similar to arrangements in places such as Buffalo, and Gary, Ind., where church schools have been transformed into non-religious charters.
“We’re sad that they can’t be Catholic schools,” NCEA president Karen Ristau says of the D.C. proposal. “There will be no religious doctrine or celebration of faith or prayer in the school day.”
Though charters enjoy freedom from most regulations on personnel, curriculum, budget and teaching methods, Ristau says religious instruction is still out. “As far as I know, there’s no wiggle room.”
In the past few years, charter schools in Florida, Minnesota and New York that have approached the line between values-based learning and religious instruction have run afoul of critics who say they’re ignoring the U.S. Constitution’s prohibition on government sponsorship of religion.
Ristau calls proposals such as D.C.’s “a temporary solution to a serious problem” facing churches across the nation. Recent data from Georgetown University’s Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate finds that though the percentage of Americans who are Catholic has remained steady since 1995, the number of Catholic elementary schools dropped about 10%; secondary schools have dropped 2.3%.
“At a time when we’re all trying to figure out how to create good public schools in the inner city, it’s a shame that good public schools in the inner city are going away,” says Mike Petrilli of the Thomas B. Fordham Foundation, a Washington education think tank.
Gibbs says the archdiocese is keeping its options open. If neighborhoods change, she says, “We still have the buildings. … In 10 years, we may want to open a Catholic school again.”

Independent Conservative » Blog Archive » Why Did Pat Robertson Lie to Michael Eisner About Salvation?
On June 20, 2006 the cable TV network CNBC featured media mogul
Michael Eisner interviewing Pat Robertson. Although this happened some
time ago, there was something that took place during this particular
interview, that I have not found much outcry against and I felt it
should be noted here. Because it is a totally misleading use of
scripture and Pat Robertson once again showed he’s following AND
TEACHING a false gospel, to say what he said to Michael Eisner.
What concerns me occurred at the tail end of the interview. You can watch video of the interview via this link and once the interview video starts (after an advertisement), you can advance to 4:22 to see where things start regarding what I’m speaking of here.
Below is a quote from the official transcript.
This may be a silly question. I’ve almost been married as long as you have. About 40 years. How long have you been married?
All right. So I’m not– I’m not in your league. I’m not in your league.
So my wife is Christian.
So I appreciate the fact that she’s Christian. She can go to heaven. I’m Jewish.
So from what I understand, we only can be together in– on this Earth. ‘Cause I can’t go to heaven, according to the 700 Club.
No, not according to the 700 Club. I don’t know who it’s according to.
All right. So– well, I thought Jews couldn’t go to heaven.
All right. Here’s the deal. And with this– the Apostle Paul said that
all Israel will be saved. There’s going to come a time when all Jews
are gonna come to heaven. They’re all gonna meet the– the Lord. And–
and it’s– it’s in the Old Testament. Zachariah says they’ll look upon
him who they have pierced, and they’re going to mourn and so forth. But
there’s gonna come a time of extraordinary persecution. There already
has come. But it’s gonna be some serious stuff. And– it’s told by the
Old Testament prophets the answer that we believe as evangelicals is
that God has a special role for the Jewish people. And you look at– you
look at the 22nd Psalm. He talks about his bones pulled out of joint,
you know? And he talks about people surrounding. And he looks down, and
it describes the crucifixion. It’s all in there. It’s in the Old
Testament– describing what happened. And– I’m just one of the goy that
came along late. (LAUGHTER) I– I’m– I’m converting to the– to the faith
of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
So you’re converting to Judaism.
Well, I’m not converting to Judaism. (OVERTALK)
See, I thought I’d– this would be– this would be a big announcement here.
I could get a big rating.
I’m converting– (OVERTALK)
Pat Robertson converts to Judaism. (OVERTALK)
–faith of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And– but the time is coming very
soon when there’s going to be a revelation of the Lord to everybody.
And all Israel, all Israel is gonna get saved.
You’ve always been known to be very pro-Israel.
Totally pro-Israel. I mean, I– I’ve got the Star of David printed on my underwear. I mean, it’s that kind of thing.
Thought you had Mickey Mouse on your underwear.
(LAUGHTER) (UNINTEL) said you’re more Israeli than (UNINTEL). But in–
in any event– I firmly believe that according to the Bible, the– the
fullness of the Gentiles will come in. And then all Israel will be
saved. That’s what the Apostle Paul wrote.
Wow. (LAUGHTER) Thank you very much– (OVERTALK)
Got a lot to think about now.
(LAUGHTER) I want you to be with your wife.
Yeah. I’m gonna be with her, one way or the other.
What Pat Robertson basically said was (paraphrasing), All you Jews are going to Heaven, because Paul said ALL ISRAEL will be saved.
In the context Pat Robertson spoke, he spoke a lie. We could say Hebrew scripture notes all Israel one day went into the promised land, HOWEVER we should not forget that many did not get beyond the wilderness.
|Numbers 14:22-32 (New American Standard Bible)
22 “Surely all the men who have seen My glory and My
signs which I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness, yet have put Me
to the test these ten times and have not listened to My voice,
23 shall by no means see the land which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who spurned Me see it.
24 “But My servant Caleb, because he has had a different spirit and
has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land which he entered, and
his descendants shall take possession of it.
25 “Now the Amalekites and the Canaanites live in the valleys; turn
tomorrow and set out to the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.”
26 The LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying,
27 “How long shall I bear with this evil congregation who are
grumbling against Me? I have heard the complaints of the sons of
Israel, which they are making against Me.
28 “Say to them, ‘As I live,’ says the LORD, ‘just as you have spoken in My hearing, so I will surely do to you;
29 your corpses will fall in this wilderness, even all your
numbered men, according to your complete number from twenty years old
and upward, who have grumbled against Me.
30 ‘Surely you shall not come into the land in which I swore to
settle you, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.
31 ‘Your children, however, whom you said would become a prey–I
will bring them in, and they will know the land which you have rejected.
32 ‘But as for you, your corpses will fall in this wilderness.
Take note of the statement “nor shall any of those who spurned Me see it”.
The Messiah of Hebrew scripture has come and His name is Jesus, Yeshua.
Yeshua, Jesus is the Christ. Since his coming, He warned Israel for
their unbelief in Him.
|Luke 19:41-44 (New American Standard Bible)
41 When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it,
42 saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things
which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes.
43 “For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up
a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side,
44 and they will level you to the ground and your children within
you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you
did not recognize the time of your visitation.”
And it did happen.
Jesus provided the means for salvation through belief on Him. Jesus even explained this himself in John 3.
Through His sacrificial death, burial and resurrection, He provides
salvation to all who believe on Him, turning from darkness, both Jew
and Gentile alike.
One who rejects Jesus does not have the Father, they do not have God. They are not saved.
|1 John 2:22-23 (New American Standard Bible)
22 Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is
the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and
23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.
Therefore, it is impossible to tell anyone, even a Jew (a person of Hebrew blood) that they can be saved via any means except they believe on Jesus Christ. If they deny Him, they are not saved, period.
So what of all Israel being saved as Paul said? It is just like it
was for the Jews of the past. Those who deny the truth God has given to
man through His Son will perish, but a final remnant of Israel will
believe on Him and be saved. This does not mean Michael Eisner will be
part of that group. So to tell Michael Eisner “all Israel”, as if it
applies to him and all Jews is an untruth. Romans 11
is best read in full, given it details things fully. Through Hebrew
disobedience a means of salvation was made for Gentiles that believe on
Christ, but no Jew who rejects Christ will be saved. All Jews reading
this post should read the book of Hebrews from its first chapter to its last (chapter 13). When the fullness of Gentiles has come in (all Gentiles who are the Lord’s believe on Him),
that final remaining remnant of Hebrew blood will be at a point in
biblical prophesy, where they will all accept Jesus as Lord and He will
save them and all still in flesh at that time who believe on Him. All
who die today believing on Christ are saved too, but not anyone who
fails to. This does not mean Michael Eisner is saved by virtue of his
heritage, no more than anyone else that fails to believe on Jesus.
I feel it is a heinous crime against the Lord God, that so-called Christians are lying to people of Hebrew descent.

(My note: though he will not say it, it does appear that Bill Keller supports Kenneth Copeland John Hagee hugger Mike Huckabee and is at least in part angry at Dobson for not endorsing him sooner. Still, this is useful in learning about yet another group that funnels money to the religious right deception. It proves yet again that the Bible is right: the love of money is the root of all evil.)
Friday, Dr. James Dobson of Focus on the Family came out endorsing Mike Huckabee for
President. Let me tell you why: this was nothing but a calculated decision
on Dobson’s part to do damage control. Dobson, just a few days earlier had
stated that he could not vote for John McCain (because McCain had hurt his
feelings by not bowing to him over the years), but NEVER mentioned not
voting for Mitt Romney. As a matter of fact, throughout the past few
months, he denounced Rudy for his stand on killing babies, and rightly so,
but never once renounced Romney for being part of a satanic cult leading the
souls of men to hell. The reason is simple. Dobson has been in bed with
the Mormons through the World Council of Families, an ecumenical group
started and funded by the LDS cult, and no doubt sells lots of his family
books to Mormons who are very pro-family. It was only AFTER ROMNEY QUIT
that he endorsed Huckabee, the only candidate who clearly takes a stand for
Biblical values. What makes this endorsement a joke is that McCain has
virtually locked up the nomination. Dobson has cleverly gone on the record
at this late date supporting Huckabee since he is clearly the choice of most
Christians, in order to stay in the good graces of the people he needs to
support Focus on the Family. A hollow endorsement that is too late and
meaningless other than for damage control to keep him in the good graces of
the people who send in the millions he needs to run his organization.

I kid you not, had this presidential race come along before my eyes were opened a couple of years ago when I read a compilation of the writings of Chinese Christian martyr Watchman Nee “Secrets To Spiritual Power”, I would this very second be volunteering for Mike Huckabee’s campaign, praying and prophesying in tongues speaking the Word of Faith and speaking the prosperity Psalms and Proverbs that God would use this mighty man of God to overturn Roe v. Wade, and maybe even give high level government positions to Kenneth Copeland and John Hagee, both of whom I was fervent fans. Well, maybe we need to raise up a collection to send these blokes copies of “Secrets To Spiritual Power.”
I may be rightfully accused of being unfair, but quotes like this make my blood boil. “And we like that his life story pretty much mirrored the background of many African Americans,” Scoggins added. Excuse me, but weren’t black folks identifying with Bill Clinton not long ago? Instead of talking about how the life story of Mike Huckabee or any other man resembles ours, shouldn’t we black Christians identify with the life and work of Jesus Christ? Like a lot of black men, the carpenter Jesus Christ was a low – income laborer. Which means he knew what it was like to struggle to find work, pay bills, and keep food on the table. Like black people, Jesus Christ was marginalized by society … not only was He not a Roman citizen and was hence subject to that brutal regime’s subjugation of his Jewish people, but even among the Jews He had a low status with no connections to the religious or economic elite and coming from Nazareth, the most disfavored part of northern Israel, which was already less favored than Jerusalem. Put it this way, Jerusalem looked down on northern Israel and northern Israel looked down on Nazareth. So when the people were saying about Jesus Christ “can anything good come from Nazareth?” and “no prophet has ever come from Nazareth”, it was a class/culture issue. So when the early Christians were called “Nazarenes”, it was not a name taken by them but a name given to them by their opponents to mock them because of the despised station in life of the leader of the sect, and to discredit them. Despite His great teachings and mighty works, a lot of people rejected Jesus Christ to follow after the powerful wealthy Jerusalem elite just because Jesus Christ was from Nazareth. Is that not akin to the experience of the American Negro? If these black conservatives realized that when the Jerusalem Jews called the followers of Jesus Christ “Nazarene” it was akin to calling them NIGGER, then they would see that they have no need to identify with the fraud from (false) Hope, Arkansas.
Now maybe some of you might go after Toni Morrison and call Bill Clinton your first black president, well let me give you some more examples of how Jesus Christ is your only black Lord, God, and King. Black men have a low life expectancy, so like a lot of black men Jesus Christ saw His earthly father Joseph die at an early age. Jesus Christ being raised by a man that was not His natural father who at first attempted to abandon the pregnant mother of Jesus Christ should remind us of the very troubled state of the black family that is being wracked by out of wedlock pregnancy, serial monogamy, divorce, homosexuality, AIDS, etc. And Joseph and Mary being turned away and having to have their child in a stable because “there was no room at the end” reminds me of how so many traveling blacks would enquire at the front desks of hotels that had their vacant signs on and be told that they were suddenly filled, or would similarly be told when responding to “now hiring” signs at businesses only to be told that all the positions were suddenly filled. Of course, such a black man would notice when driving away from that hotel that the vacancy sign would remain on with the establishment still taking white lodgers, and he would also see when passing by that place of business the next day and even the next week that the “now hiring” sign would still be in the window with whites filling out applications.
But now I shall get to the best example of how the life of Jesus Christ speaks to the black American experience: like so many black men, Jesus Christ received grotesque treatment from the criminal justice system. You know that old slogan: “there’s no justice, there’s JUST US!” In Jesus Christ you had a man arrested, tried, and executed by people knowing the whole time that the Man was innocent. THEY EVEN RELEASED AN INNOCENT MAN, A MURDERER AND INSURRECTIONIST, IN HIS PLACE! You know how the system, the man keeps the black man down? Well, the Roman Empire and the Jewish religious leaders conspired to put THE MAN (Acts 17:31 ) down. But to borrow from that Maya Angelou poem BUT STILL HE ROSE!
So black Christians, white Christians, black conservatives, white conservatives, black liberals, white liberals, people of all races and political affiliations, stop putting your trust in the systems of the world. Instead, put your trust in Jesus Christ, the One who bore your sins to the cross so that you do not have to pay the penalty for them. Put your trust in Jesus Christ, the one who defeated death and hell so that you can have eternal life through Him. And oh yes, the same goes for you members of the Barack HUSSEIN Obama cult too (who is obviously learning from New Age witch Oprah Winfrey how to bespell people). Stop dealing with the false messiahs and put your faith and trust in the real one. If you have not already, follow the Three Step Salvation Plan today! If you are already a born again Christian, stop following after and putting your trust in these men (and women, Hillary Clinton supporters) and start acting like it.
