I have a problem with Mr. Warren’s use of Matthew 5:17-18 to prove that the Law is still in force..verse 18 plainly says that the Law doesnt say that the Law is in force forever but that it will stay in force until something else happens…what has to be fulfilled for the Law to pass away?…

    Luke 24:44-45 (King James Version)

44And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. 45Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
46And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:

here Jesus is referring back to what He said in Matthew 5:18…the whole Old Testament points towards Jesus…Jesus is telling these folk that he fulfilled everything that was written with His death, burial, and resurrection…Paul says the same thing in Acts…

    Acts 13:29 (King James Version)

29And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.

the whole Law was fulfilled in Christ and done away with…
