That every knee should bow and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father!

Will Smith: 98% Of Bible Agrees With Scientology, Buddhism, and Hinduism

“When I sit and I talk with Tom Cruise, he is one of the greatest spirits that I’ve ever met – someone who is committed to making the world better,” Will said. “You have people [that] are attacking and wanna fight that don’t know nothing — how you gonna not know nothing about Scientology and attack somebody? It’s dangerous and it’s ignorant.

“How can I condemn someone for what they believe and I believe that God was born from a pregnant virgin?” Will continued.

Ah well. I was never a Will Smith fan anyway. Oh yeah, did you know that his movie “Shark Tale” had the message of getting kids to accept homosexuality? Lennie the very effete vegetarian dolphin’s wanting to be a shark and wanting his father to “accept him for what he was” … typical gay rights propaganda. Ah Hollywood family values …

  1. Is this the same Will Smith that played the role of a gay man in the movie Six Degrees of Separation?

And I’m not EVEN going to get into what is being said about his wife.

I’m just going to stop there.

  2. Not to be a hypocrite, I’ll note that plenty of movies and things I’ve seen involved actors that are not honestly Christians. If you’re watching most anything on TV or in movies you’re watching one or more people who are into Scientology or other cults. So I’ve usually picked what I’ve watched based on content rather than who was starring, or I’d not watch any. I-Robot, Independence Day, yea I’ve seen them several times. But Will Smith is not the guy I look to for advice on my walk with Christ or any matter of faith. You can’t even get good political advice from them.

I didn’t know anything about the subject matter before starting to watch Six Degrees of Separation. And I don’t beleive I watched that one to the end. I’ll stay away from that “Shark Tale” movie.

IC: You make good points … I just want to make sure that the people that support some of these celebrities know what these people believe and the messages that they put in their works.
