Now I was going to ignore Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to America. I believe in religious freedom and tolerance, and see nothing to be gained by unnecessarily provoking people concerning their deeply held beliefs. I opposed the re – publication of the Muhammad cartoons for the same reason. Not only does such behavior fail to advance the cause of Jesus Christ, but it actually impedes the spread of the gospel by producing a public witness of Christians as being fearful, dishonest, aggressive, and lacking in compassion, mercy, and respect. The best example of this is the revolting racist Ann Coulter, who uses the legitimate truth that Jesus Christ is superior as an excuse to vehemently trash (OVERWHELMINGLY NONWHITE!) Muslims while extending politically expedient pluralistic salvation to (OVERWHELMINGLY WHITE!) Jews and Mormons. So despite the incontrovertible error of the Roman Catholic Church, I was going to remain silent out of respect to members of that false religion, as many of them are good people, and I pray that they are brought out of their error into Biblical Christianity just as I was brought out of works – based prosperity/Word of Faith Pentecostal Holiness. 

And then this happens. To the absolute glee of the religious right and warmongers everywhere (and regrettably to those deceived by them, for example the grieving father of a serviceman killed in Iraq that called into the Hugh Hewitt radio show last night – and yes Hewitt both continued his campaign to define religious faith in political/cultural terms and insist that Mormonism was a branch of Christianity based on it), George W. Bush plays “Battle Hymn Of The Republic” for the pontiff (whom Catholics call “the Shepherd”, not “a shepherd, which all pastors are, BUT THE SINGULAR ONE SHEPHERD). Listen, “Battle Hymn Of The Republic” IS NOT our national anthem. Now our national anthem is militaristic as well, but at least there would have been a REASON for playing it … it is our national anthem and therefore an entirely appropriate accompaniment to state ceremonies. Therefore, playing it would not have sent any religious and political messages (quite the contrary, one would be more likely to send a message by NOT playing it). But as for “Battle Hymn Of The Republic“, there is no ceremonial, traditional, etc. REASON to play that song unless you are trying to send a message, and with Bush the message was none other than the Iraq War and our national policy of warfare in general.

You would reply “So? Who did not know that George W. Bush and for that matter the Bush family is anything other than a bunch of warmongering globalists?” Well, THE POPE is what makes it an issue here. Now due to the nature of his position, the pope is SUPPOSED to be OFFICIALLY anti – war. But realize that state visits involving highly influential dignitaries are extremely sensitive matters with every detail agreed to and choreographed in advance in order to remove even the appearance of an insult by both the parties involved and the populations that they represent. And yes, a gigantic percentage of the national and global Roman Catholic Church, from laity to high ranking church officials, deeply oppose the Iraq War and what it represents: a major and global escalation of warfare and related tactics either directly (i.e. Iraq and Afghanistan) or by proxy (i.e. encouraging Ethiopia to invade Somalia). So the playing of this song – which would have been extraordinary even absent this context – would have not occurred without prior personal approval from Pope Benedict XVI himself. And Pope Benedict XVI would NEVER have given said approval unless he supported our military policy on some level, even if that support was not full or official.

Keep in mind: the pope is not under any obligation to make a public ceremony of meeting the president when visiting this country, and he certainly is not beholden to being subjected to conduct that he and his members find offensive and disagreeable while there. So had this not been acceptable to the pope, Bush would have asked to play the song, the pope would have said no, and that would have been it. Had Bush insisted, the pope would have simply refused to meet Bush in a public ceremony (or at all). Under those circumstances, NO ONE would have asked why the pope refused to meet with Bush, for the pope meets with virtually everybody. Instead, it would have been asked why Bush failed to receive the pope. And under those circumstances, an appropriate low level Vatican functionary would have been assigned the duty of “leaking” Bush’s completely unreasonable, inappropriate, and quite frankly INSANE demands to play A WAR SONG IN SUPPORT OF A WAR THAT THE VATICAN’S LONG AND WELL KNOWN POSITION IS TO OPPOSE during the visit to the (already hostile) foreign press, with the result being an international public relations firestorm. In short, on a matter such as this, the pope has all the leverage. He would not have exercised said leverage to consent to this highly unusual request – and in the process crossed the substantial portion of his church (possibly even a clear majority!) that oppose this war – had he not supported the politics, policy, and propaganda behind it on some level. Evidence of this is the absolute glee of the pro – war crowd. 

And then after the Bush reception of the pope (which incidentally was not only unprecedented, but would have been IMPOSSIBLE before Billy Graham’s evangelical – Roman Catholic ecumenism, IMPOSSIBLE before Ronald Reagan created white Roman Catholic and evangelical political ecumenism, and IMPOSSIBLE before Reagan established official diplomatic relations with the Vatican including the Roman Catholic Church’s own ambassador who must be appointed by the executive branch and confirmed by the legislative one … someone PLEASE explain to me how this DOES NOT VIOLATE the First Amendment’s ban on the government’s favoring any one religious view over another) there was a reception that included Roman Catholic Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, Samuel Alito, and John Roberts at minimum. Robert Kennedy may have been there too, but Kathryn Jean Lopez, the token minority at the National Review, does not include him as a “favorite” of hers. This woman, who has lately taken to blatantly cheerleading for our nation’s institutions and culture to increasingly reflect – and be governed by – Roman Catholicism, actually claimed that the event “was a terrific celebration at the White House of the pontiff, religious freedom, and  Catholicism“! And here is another entry from this loathsome enemy of Jesus Christ where she manages to A) claim that this nation is prosperous, virtuous, and free because it was founded on Roman Catholic principles (a notion which no doubt will soon be reflected in the religious right’s approved history books an curriculum), B) insult Protestants by comparing it to Mitt Romney’s “accept Mormons as Christians evangelicals just as Roman Catholics accepted you or be declared a bigot and the enemy” speech, and C) make a gratuitous “joking” slam against Protestants just for the fun of it. (This woman is still fuming over the evangelical refusal to bow to the notion that not being in the Roman Catholic Church places them on equal footing with Mormons, oneness pentecostals, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Scientologists, or any other crackpot cult group that wants to lay claim to Jesus Christ.)

Now Christians, I know a lot of you view Islam as a global threat to our faith, freedom, prosperity, culture, and way of life, believe that this threat should be met militarily, and for that reason support the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the war on terror in general in some form. I respect those views in the hearts of sincere and well – informed Christians that hold them; I just happen to disagree with them. Still, such Christians have to start investigating the history of the Bush family, their national and international political/business/social associations and activities, and also those of the globalist societies that they are members of or consort with (which now, let us face it, incontrovertibly includes the Roman Catholic Church … this may be gratuitous, but let me remind you that the meeting of Bush and Benedict was literally one between a member of the family that made a lot of money off the Nazi regime and a former member of the regime itself … Benedict was literally a Hitler youth).

Also, study the political, military, and FINANCIAL decisions made in pursuit of this war. It bears no resemblance to actually capturing and punishing the people that have been attacking us and our interests since the early 1990s (in response, let me remind you, to our long term threats, provocations, and military actions against THEM), neutralizing any future threats, or containing whatever threat to the west and its allies that Islam allegedly poses. I will say this: the full scale invasion of foreign nations strategy of Islam has been effectively abandoned ever since their defeat by Charles Martel at Tours. The reason is THEOLOGICAL: the Muslims sincerely believed that their moon god was fighting for them at the time, was responsible for all of their victories, and that global military conquest followed by their version of the endtimes was at hand. So, when they were defeated in such a decisive manner, that forced a change in their theological outlook. Thus, despite the presence of 1 billion Muslims in the world, no one can name the last time that there has been a full scale invasion and subjugation of a non – Muslim country. (By contrast, Muslim areas have been invaded and/or controlled by the United States, Great Britain, the Soviet Union, India, etc. in just the past 50 – 75 years!) Why is this the case?

Again, refer to the fact that THERE ARE NOW ONE BILLION MUSLIMS. Immigration, evangelism, and reproduction has proven to be a much more effective method of spreading their faith than the sword, and if anything going off and launching an invasion of any western nation (which would be technologically superior AND have the backing of other western allies) would not only be suicide, but it would lead to crackdowns of the very same liberal immigration policies that have allowed millions of Muslims to enter (and spread their faith to) western nations over the past few decades. As such, the Bosnia – Serbia – Kosovo mess is a perfect illustration of the current Islam strategy. And who did the United States back? Why the very Muslims that brazenly stole a large chunk of a Christian nation for themselves. 

Which proves that the entire war on terror AND the basis for it is a sham. Were it real, we would have done two things.

1) We would have gone after specific groups with a history of violence against us and our allies AND the nations that supply them with money, weapons, and hiding places. America has done the opposite by not only maintaining diplomatic relations with known terror sponsors like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the Palestinian Authority (which is actually the closeted homosexual Yasser Arafat’s PLO, people!) to speak nothing of our “special relationship” with Pakistan (which we had with Iraq not too ago!), but we are increasing the pressure on Israel to negotiate with Hamas (just as we forced them to negotiate with the PLO, and see where THAT got Israel … less land, more intifadas, rocket attacks, a collapsing economy, and a deteriorating internal political situation). Excuse me, but what are we supposed to gain by declaring the domestic army of a sovereign nation (Iran’s Revolutionary Guard) to be a “terrorist group”? Even better: what justifies this action? The ABSOLUTE OUTRAGE that they are helping folks that share their religion FIGHT THE SUPERPOWER THAT INVADED THE NATION NEXT DOOR? Sure, like if the Soviet Union had invaded Canada and Mexico during the Cold War we would have just sat around twiddling our thumbs waiting to be next. We were willing to go to start a nuclear war over the Soviet Union putting missiles in Cuba, but Iran is supposed to just do nothing after we A) put them on our axis of evil list, B) attack the regime of the neighboring country that we put in power to attack THEM in the 1980s, C) attack the nearby Afghanistan regime that we put in power to drive out the Soviets in the 1980s, and D) spend YEARS leading an international chorus demanding economic sanctions against them after the manner that caused the deaths of from 500,000 to 1,000,000 people OF THE NATION NEXT DOOR, sanctions that were used to weaken THE NATION NEXT DOOR to prepare for an invasion of THE NATION NEXT DOOR. Why? BECAUSE IRAN IS STARTING THE VERY SAME NUCLEAR PROGRAM THAT WE ALLOWED PAKISTAN TO COMPLETE WITHOUT BATTING AN EYE? What makes it OK for Pakistan to have the potential for weapons of mass destruction but not Iran or Iraq, ESPECIALLY SINCE USAMA BIN LADEN IS HIDING IN PAKISTAN RIGHT NOW!?!? Oh well, ignore all of that information. Just repeat the right wing line: Iran hates us because we are prosperous and free and they are a bunch of backwards savages with a strange religion. We are such a peace – loving, fair nation that has never bothered or been a threat to anyone but instead has always tried to act in everyone’s best interests, so hatred, fear, resentment, etc. against us just HAS to be irrational, right? Well put it to you this way: we starved 1 million innocent Iraqis to death knowing full well that the people who ran that country would always have plenty of food to eat. Hmmm …

2. Much simpler (and shorter) than 1: practically end immigration from Muslim countries. But notice how anyone who proposes this gets condemned in the international press and by all of the “relevant” political and religious leaders as a dangerous far right xenophobe. 

Since the Bush administration (and the administrations that preceded it and will follow it) are on record as vehemently opposing those steps – and anyone who advocates them! – what they are obviously engaging in is not a war on terror or on radical Islam. Instead, it is a policy of increased militarization for increased militarization’s sake. Even more concerning than the actual military action (again whether directly waged by us or by proxy) are the matters concerning intelligence, national security, and money. For the first time in world history, the various global powers have virtually carte blanche to monitor the personal and financial activities of any person or group. All it takes is an allegation of being a terrorist – a loosely defined term – and you can be detained indefinitely and without due process, including but not limited to being secretly whisked overseas to a nation where torture is legal. And where there are still (for now) limits to what they can do against people without sparking a public outcry, not so regarding assets: money and property. Keep in mind, they do not have to seize it, which would raise due process issues. All they have to do is freeze it to keep you from using it, and it has the same effect, and doing so to any individual’s or group’s (think church!) assets on a “temporary basis” requires virtually no evidence at all that needs to be made public. In the course of prosecuting this, the government has been quite prudent. They have gone after large numbers of people and groups that they know are probably guilty while at the same time going after people that they know are innocent. They are not after the guilty folks, because claiming that they are fighting terror by shutting down some charity that raises a few thousand dollars a year for Hamas when Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc. are funneling them hundreds of millions in cash and weapons (again, something that we are doing nothing about) is ridiculous. Instead, they are seeing how far they can get away with detaining and freezing the assets of the innocent. The answer: pretty far indeed. It is only going to be a matter of time before what has been made acceptable to people and organizations with Arabic and Muslim names is going to be commonly accepted by these cultures to everyone, just as everyone now accepts being searched at airports (which the citizenry would have opposed tooth and nail less than a generation ago). 

So make no mistake: Benedict’s allowing the Battle Hymn of the Republic to be played during a state visit (which, incidentally, was not given for the Dalai Lama, a fact which not a few Buddhists expressed chagrin over, leading the loathsome Michael Medved to dedicate a show to denigrating Buddhism and the Dalai Lama … hard to appreciate coming from a religious right type that will go to the mat defending Mormonism) was nothing less than an expression of support for the Bush regime – and the new world order globalists that he serves – policy of global military and economic aggression. It also signals that Pope Benedict XVI himself is part and parcel of and servant to this same group of global imperialists just like Bush. And most importantly of all, it signals that Bush and Benedict have become brazen and bold enough to publicly celebrate this fact, with no thought given to the notion that they have to hide their ties, beliefs, and intentions. They could care less about who knows, just as Bush could care less about his approval ratings.

I am honestly of the opinion that this event was one of triumphalism. They were announcing to America – and to the world – that the globalist takeover of this nation was complete, and that America is irrevocably signed, sealed, and delivered. I do not know how long it is going to take, but everything else is going to be just a matter of winding things down and allowing things to fall into place. It could take 5 years, it could take 100, but the global consolidation is going to happen. After all, it is no accident that Bush’s releasing proposals on global warming that endorse our moving ever closer to global economic and political integration was timed to so closely coincide with the pope’s visit. After all, the pope has been on board with the global warming agenda for some time now.

It is also a good time to point out how both sides of the political aisle have contributed to these developments. For instance, conservatism pulled off the merging of evangelicals, Roman Catholics, Mormons, and Jews to create the ecumenical pluralist religious right, and in doing so effectively muted the political voice of Protestant fundamentalists. Liberalism, meanwhile, contributed their part by allowing any criticism of this state of affairs to be called “anti – Catholic bigotry” (piggybacking on the black civil rights movement!). Indeed, such rhetoric was key to creating the climate where the Supreme Court could rule to legalize school vouchers: the religious right was successful to use the language of the left to convince the body politic that the only reason why no one had ever seen the obvious wisdom of sending low income inner city PROTESTANT black children to Roman Catholic schools en masse (after all, they provide SUCH GREAT DISCIPLINE for the boys and OUTSTANDING MORAL INSTRUCTION for the girls!) was because of the HORRIBLE discrimination and persecution against Catholics in our past. Hilarious that the very same conservatives that will go to their grave denying that this country was ever racist against blacks – or if it were that any legal remedy is required to address it – are perfectly willing to sit around and call virtually everyone living in this country 50 years ago of allowing their interpretation of the First Amendment to be motivated (or distorted) by their animus of Roman Catholics. If nothing else shows who is actually running this country now, that does. 

Since the American piece has fallen into place (even if all of the details have yet to play out, but trust me they will in very short order to the point where this nation will be unrecognizable within 10 years, and no I am not talking about demographics), what – apart from getting even more involved in the third world, which by the way George W. Bush was a huge trailblazer on – is next? My conjecture: Israel is next.

On Barack Obama’s Universalism, John Edward, Homosexuality, McDonald’s And Fitna

McDonalds, John Edward, Obama, and FITNA. Today is an interesting day since
there are several different news items that I want to share with you. Each
is important since they all represent critical issues I have been dealing
with for years in the Daily Devotional. They are the mainstream acceptance
of homosexuality, those who claim to talk to the dead and people who claim
to be psychics, the lie that many think there are many roads which lead to
God, and the false religion of Islam. These news items simply reinforce
that these issues are not going away and how important it is to have a voice
in the marketplace to tell the Truth about each one.

It was recently announced that McDonalds Vice President of Communications,
Richard Ellis, has been named to the Board of the National Gay and Lesbian
Chamber of Commerce. McDonalds is listed on the website of the National Gay
and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce as a “corporate partner and organization
ally” for an undisclosed financial contribution. Ellis state, “I’m thrilled
to join the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce team and ready to get
to work. I share the NGLCC’s passion for business growth and development
within the LGBT community and I look forward to playing a role in moving
these important initiatives forward.”

Last week, I shared a Devotional with you that made the claim we have lost
the war to stop the sin of homosexuality from becoming accepted by the
mainstream. You don’t get any more mainstream than McDonalds, and it is
clear that the hamburger giant is more worried about having a relationship
with those who choose to engage in deviant forms of sex than with people of
faith. This stamp of approval by one of the world’s most visible
corporations, is another clear example of the fact that homosexuality is now
viewed by society as an acceptable choice. Like I have told you many times,
nobody fears the Christian community any longer since we are so fragmented
and have no unifying voice.

Our buddy John Edward is back. He is like Jason in those horror movies.
Edward has resurfaced in the strangest of places, the Home Shopping Network.
I have warned people for years about this charlatan who claims to be able to
talk to the dead. John Edward is at best a highly polished carnival act,
and at worst, operating in demonic powers. He is now on HSN, hawking 10
DVDs of his lies for $90. How sad it is to see people who are searching for
answers, looking for true hope, fall into the clutches of this con man who
leads them away from the real Truth, the Bible, and the real answer, Jesus.

My friend, the Bible condemns those who claim to be psychics, since only God
knows the future. The Bible tells us to not turn to mediums or seek out
spiritualists, or you will be defiled by them. We know that satan is an
“angel of light” and can do many deceptive things. However, the Word of God
tells us the dead no longer have any part of this life. John Edward and
those like him are NOT of God, they are enemies of God and tools of satan.
They are spiritual frauds who God speaks harshly against in the Bible. As a
matter of fact, in the OT people like Edward were commanded to be put to
death. This is how dangerous they are to others in the eyes of God.

Our friend, Senator B. Hussein Obama (for the record, it is his name, I
didn’t give it to him, his parents did), certainly didn’t even learn in 20
years of sitting in the pews at Trinity United Church of Christ what most
elementary school Sunday School students are taught. In a campaign stop
recently in Greensboro, North Carolina, Senator Obama told the audience that
he believes he “can have everlasting life” because Jesus Christ died for his
sins. But he then told a questioner that he believes Jews and Muslims who
live moral lives are just as much “children of God” as he is. He went on to
add that his late mother didn’t share his faith but was a kind and generous
person, so he’s “sure she’s in heaven.”

Sen. Obama has sadly bought into this universalistic lie from hell I warn
you about often, the dangerous lie the New Age gurus and the high priestess
of the New Age movement Oprah is telling millions, and that there are many
roads that lead to God, that faith in Jesus is NOT the only way to be saved.
I hate to break this to the Senator, but if his mother died without
accepting Jesus into her heart and life by faith, then like all who reject
Christ she is NOT in Heaven, but in the flames of hell for all eternity.
This is not a game! I try to tell people all the time that what we do each
day is literally battle satan for the souls of men. Satan wants people to
believe this lie that you can get to Heaven without Jesus, but he knows it
is a lie and that those who buy that lie will be with him in hell for all
eternity.

This is so critical since now this lie is being preached from many pulpits.
You have Christian churches now who endorse this notion that God will
understand and as long as you are a “good person” and do your best, you will
make it to Heaven. The Bible proclaims that there is NONE that is good, no
not one. It says that we have ALL sinned and fallen short of the glory of
God. God has given us His plan, His ONLY PLAN for salvation, and that is by
putting our faith in Jesus Christ, since it was Jesus who died as the
payment for our sins. There are not many roads that lead to God, only one,
faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which men are saved!

Lastly is FITNA, the movie about Islam produced by Dutch politician Geert
Wilders. I have done dozens of press interviews the past few days after the
UK video hosting company LiveLeak chose to pull the movie from their servers
due to the death threats their employees were getting. Liveprayer had a
copy and I had it on my website, on my servers, the only website in the
world that had the movie in its entirety. The press all wanted to know why
I would put such a movie on a Christian website, a movie that many claim is
anti-Muslim.

What Wilders did was excellent, in that he took the very words Muslims
follow in their teachings, and showed them following those words as they
carried out their acts of hatred and killing. These are not a few isolated
acts of terror, but how Muslims worldwide operate. It is visual proof of
what this false religion of hate and death is really all about, and that is
why they are doing everything they can to hide it from the world. It has
only been in the past few years with the advent of 24/7 cable news, advanced
satellite technology, and the Internet, that people around the world,
especially here in the United States, are being exposed to how this false
religion has operated during its 1400 year history.

Let me give you a great contrast between the false religion of Islam and the
Christian faith. People are born into or intimidated into joining the false
religion of Islam. People CHOOSE to become a follower of Christ. Islam is
about hate and death. Christianity is about love and life. People need to
wake up and understand the nature of this very real threat to not just the
Untied States, but to the entire world.

I love you and care about you so much. Today is a great reminder of a
number of issues I have been talking to you about for many years now. As
you can see, they are still pressing issues since the church has chosen to
ignore them and continues to focus mainly on preaching to the choir in the
comfort, safety, and profitability of the “Christian trough,” while the
world around us is dying and going to hell. Homosexuality is now mainstream
because the church didn’t have the guts to speak out against this sin.
Sadly, you now have many churches who instead of speaking the Truth about
this sin, have simply accepted and condoned homosexuality to be like the
rest of our fallen world.

Hurting people continue to turn to scam artists and false hope merchants
like John Edward in their time of need, because he at least acts like he
cares about them and is part of their world. High profile Christians like
B. Hussein Obama propagate the lie from hell that you don’t really need to
accept Jesus as your Savior by faith to make it to Heaven. People are
asleep or totally apathetic about the real threat Islam is to this nation
and world, and have been bullied into believing that there are simply a
handful of Muslims who perpetrate all of these violent acts of terror around
the world. The fact is, all Muslims read from the same holy book and follow
the teachings of their murdering pedophile false prophet Muhammad.

I pray today that you are stirred to take your stand in this lost world for
Christ. God has called each of His children to do their part where He has
you planted for this season. Staying silent is no longer an option, since
that is how this nation has turned from Biblical Truth to the lies of the
world and from honoring the God of the Bible to rejecting Him for the false
gods and idols of the world. May the Lord give you a spirit of boldness and
fearlessness as you declare His Truth to the lost and hurting, and tell
everyone you know that their only hope for this life and all eternity is
faith in Jesus Christ!

From Moshe Laurie: Another Reason To Boycott Citgo!

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Members of God’s Army,

We have just returned from Israel. We were blessed by the might and power moving all across the Land in our prayer. I will be sending out another “Desk …” very soon with all these great wonders included in it.

But, right now there is something that we need to cover in prayer and God’s blessing in His Name. We need to lift up our brother Larry so that he may over come in God’s Name this evil, exalting God’s Name in the process.

If you remember, this is about Brother Larry, from Tennessee, who was receiving these strong hints from his product distributor (Citgo), that he needs to take down part of his signs that are on his own private property, one of them, saying amongst other things, “Islam is the evil of this day.” He now has received official notice from the legal department of Citgo saying that he has five business days to remove the sign or they reserve the right to stop providing him with product to sell, which is a really bad thing because they also provide him with the credit card systems so they have a great weapon against him. They say that it is not to impede upon his freedom of speech – he can leave the rest of the signs up there, but they have a right under contract to protect their brand. It seems that speaking against Islam affects their brand, even when you are telling the truth.

Now the most important thing we need to understand here is that only one person has complained – a raging Muslim truck driver who, I’m sure, went to CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) to complain against Citgo and they folded.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, members of God’s army, it is time for us to show Citgo what it is to affect their brand name. I call upon you, on behalf of Larry, to let them know how displeased you are at them folding to the pressures of a minority group because it is not truthful that the band name is being affected. The threat of the brand being affected is being used all across the land because Larry tells me very specifically, that the vast majority are pleased with the signs. A few were ambivalent or didn’t care one way or the other but only this one gentleman, who took pictures to send to Citgo, was offended by the signs.

I again call upon you to let Citgo know how displeased you are that they use the weapon of their contract right to not allow him his freedom of speech, which they claim affects the band name. Let us affect their brand name.

And also, let us not forget that Hugo Chavez is the owner in defacto of Citgo with all its profits going back to his country. He has just been discovered to have been providing financing for Columbia’s largest guerrilla group and terrorist organization called FARC – Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Columbia (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia), which wants to overthrow the legitimate Columbian government. When Columbia’s anti-terrorist unit killed FARC’s leader across the border, not Chavez’s border, FARC moved ten divisions of military toward the Columbian border and just about declared open war. The President of Columbia has asked the International Criminal Court to, if possible, try Chavez for crimes against humanity because he has been financing FARC as they have been killing thousands and thousands of people. The United States and Europe have classified FARC as an international terrorist organization in 2002. The documents that have been found, after the killing of FARC’s leader, concerning Chavez are true.

By the way, the document from Citgo to Larry from Tennessee is also true. Larry will be sending a copy to Shofar Be Tzion Ministries International office in Marion as well as the Regional office in Connecticut.

Please send this all across the world. Let us let Citgo know that if they are concerned for their brand name being affected, let us show them what the affect is when they won’t allow the truth to go forth.

Bless you and may the Lord continue to give you strength to stand in His Army for this is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it.

NO WE CAN’T! The cult of B. Hussein Obama. Remember I told you there would
be a revival in this nation this year. Well, before we see a true spiritual
revival that will bring millions to faith in Christ and help lead this
nation back to God and Biblical values, there is going to be a “faux
revival” led by the latest preacher of false hope, B. Hussein Obama. Obama
is running for the Democratic Party’s nomination to try and become the next
President of the United States. He is preaching a gospel of change and
hope. Thousands are flocking to his campaign rallies and becoming
emotionally charged as this “political evangelist” preaches about hope and
change. The problem is he is a false prophet and no true follower of Christ
can follow or support this “false messiah of hope and change!”

Very troubling to me has been watching the “revival-like” atmosphere
surrounding B. Hussein Obama’s campaign for the Presidency. Like all false
prophets, it is a false gospel with lots of smoke and mirrors. I think
people would be troubled to know that the flowery rhetoric flowing from
Obama isn’t coming from his heart, but from a 26-year-old white man named
Jon Favreau. Favreau is the author of those flowery and dynamic hope and
change messages you hear, not B. Hussein Obama. Obama has even had some
input from legendary JFK speechwriter Ted Sorensen who is now 79.

Want another interesting fact about B. Hussein Obama. As someone who has
done live TV every night for 5 yrs, if you watch Obama, he only gives those
stirring hope and change speeches when he has a teleprompter so he can READ
HIS LINES! This man is a complete fraud! When he is without a
teleprompter, he resorts back to his typical stump speech on the issues.
This “false messiah” of hope so many are clinging to, isn’t even the author
of his message of false hope and is incapable of delivering those passionate
speeches without a teleprompter!

Before I get any further into this Devotional today, sadly I have to stop
and address something I have already been accused of just by announcing I
would be dealing with Obama today. Anyone who has ready my Devotionals
knows that I am not in any way shape or form a racist. You need to go my
Devotional archives on the Liveprayer.com website and search for the
Devotionals I have written on racism. The fact is, half of the Board of my
Ministry are African-American men. Of the 2.4 million subscribers to the
Daily Devotional, there are Whites, Blacks, Asians, Hispanics, people of
every race in all parts of the world.

In the first 3 years of my ministry when I preached in over 500 churches
around the country, I mainly started out preaching in black churches in
Chicago where I was based, through doors opened by the men on my Board. One
of my dearest friends is the legendary civil rights leader Dr. Clay Evans of
Fellowship Baptist Church in Chicago. Dr. Evans has always referred to me
as his “white son.” He honored me by letting me preach his broadcast
service from the “Ship” as it is known on several occasions, one of the only
white preachers to have done so.

What I am sharing about Obama today has NOTHING to do with the color of his
skin. It has everything to do with his stand on the spiritual issues of our
day and the fact he takes stands in complete opposition to the Bible and
God! That is why a true follower of Christ can’t support B. Hussein Obama.
You don’t need to look any further than his stand on abortion. Forget his
weasel rhetoric. The FACT is, B. Hussein Obama supports a woman’s right to
kill her baby. Obama supports the legalized slaughter of babies. There is
really nothing more a true follower of Christ needs to know about this man.
But that is not all. B. Hussein Obama also supports redefining God’s Holy
Institution of Marriage to include people who choose to engage in deviant
sexual acts with others of the same sex. How can a true follower of Christ
support a man who wants to change God’s definition of this most holy union
of marriage?

What is most troubling to me is that B. Hussein Obama claims to be a
Christian. Only God knows his heart, but Jesus said, “If you love me, you
will obey me,” not live in rebellion to me. If B. Hussein Obama is truly a
follower of Christ, how can he vote to support the legalized slaughter of
babies and the redefining of God’s Holy Institution of Marriage? Let me
dispel an Internet rumor. Obama is NOT a Muslim. However, he did grow up
in Muslim culture. Your life experiences shape who you are, so while not
being a Muslim, he is no doubt sympathetic to the issues Muslims face.

Let me be blunt. Islam is a false religion of hate and death, a 1400 year
old lie dreamed up by a murdering pedophile named Mohammed. They have a
very real goal of destroying this nation and all who live here who refuse to
convert to their false religion. While those who seek to make Islam more
acceptable and mainstream talk about peace, the fact is, ALL Muslims are
guided by the same book of fantasies Mohammed inspired, the Qu’ran. Their
book clearly calls for the DEATH of all infidels, and that means all
Christians and anyone else who won’t convert. They routinely execute
Christians in other parts of the world, and would do so here in a heartbeat
if they could get away with it. While B. Hussein Obama is NOT a Muslim, due
to his life experiences, he is clearly sympathetic to Muslims, the ones who
want to see this nation destroyed and all who live here who won’t convert to
their false religion dead!

B. Hussein Obama is part of this new movement I have warned you about, the
Religious Left. In case you have been sleeping, there is a new group of
people in our nation who call themselves the “religious left.” This is a
relatively new term so you may not be familiar with it. That is why I felt
it was so critical to take the time today to insure you not only understood
what it means, but who actually makes up this new group of people. Forty
years ago, this group didn’t even exist. They have actually evolved and
grown tremendously over the past decade.

The “religious left” is made up of people who identify themselves as
Christians and hold strong religious beliefs as well as sharing left-wing
ideals. Obviously, this group has risen up in opposition to those who have
been tagged the “religious right” or the “Christian right.” The “Christian
right” is that group of Bible-believing Christians who are politically
active and seek to elect to office those candidates who hold to Biblical
values on the key spiritual issues of our day that are also political
issues.

These would be issues like abortion and life related matters, gay marriage,
family issues, the proliferation of the pornography industry, and the drive
to remove God from the public square. Those in the “religious left” actually
take an anti-Biblical position on these issues and are also heavily involved
in the ecumenical movement, environmental issues, opposing war for any
reason, world hunger, and social issues like healthcare, welfare, and
education.

Interesting that B. Hussein Obama’s first bill as a United States Senator
was a world hunger relief bill that they are trying to ramrod through as we
speak. This would force the United States to pay apx. $900 billion MORE
than we already spend on world hunger. While we have to do our best to feed
the hungry, I guess Obama never read where Jesus said, “The poor you will
have with you always.”

There is nothing wrong with pursuing these noble social issues, Believers
should be more involved on those fronts. The problem with this group is
their anti-Biblical position on the key spiritual issues of our day and
their involvement in these ecumenical movements that require you to set
aside the Absolute Truths of the Bible. However, they support the legalized
slaughter of babies, redefining marriage to include men with men and women
with women, perverting the family by brining children into homes with
homosexual parents, and embrace ecumenical fellowships with all of the cults
and false religions of the world. They deny the inspiration and inerrancy of
the Bible, have rejected God’s Word for the Absolute Truth it represents,
and have bought into the lie of the world that there are “many roads that
lead to God.” These are the people who make up the “religious left!”

B. Hussein Obama’s church is the liberal Trinity United Church of Christ in
Chicago, pastored by the racist Dr. Jeremiah Wright. Wright preaches a
message of black separatism and is a racist in every sense of the word. The
UCC is one of the most liberal denominations there is. They ordain
practicing homosexuals, support slaughtering babies, and preach the social
Gospel of the religious left, having abandoned the inspiration of the Word
and preaching the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. The queen of the New Age
witches, Oprah, also calls Trinity UCC her church.

A modern day foe of God, Barry Lynn of Americans United for Separation of
Church and State is ordained thru this liberal and ungodly denomination.
Lynn has made it his life’s work to try and silence and destroy true works
of God, and last year came after Liveprayer for my stand on satanic cult
member Mitt Romney, by trying to get the IRS to take away our tax-exempt
status. His efforts failed because we did nothing wrong. The fact is, Lynn
has tried to get the IRS to revoke the tax-exempt status of over 70 churches
and ministries over the years, and has failed to be successful even once!

I love you and care about you so much. Revival is currently sweeping the
land, however, it is not the spiritual revival that will be coming very
soon. This current revival is a political one that has transcended into an
emotional charged movement of false hope and promises. The leader of this
cult-like movement is B. Hussein Obama. He is no more the next savior of
this nation than I am the next great heart surgeon, and I hate blood! I am
not even going to talk about his inexperience and the great peril all
Americans will be in with this “child” at the helm in today’s complex and
dangerous world of terror and global economics. I’m not even going to talk
about the fact he is the most liberal of the 50 United States Senators and
what his Presidency would do to this nation. I am most concerned with
people who know the Lord getting caught up in and becoming part of this
movement of hype and false hope.

My friend, the only true hope is Jesus. The only true answers are found in
the Word of God. God gave us in black and white in the Bible, specifically
how to deal with all of the issues in our lives and in this world. More
troubling than anything is that Obama won’t even speak in specifics, only
flowery platitudes. Once you tear away the hype, the smoke and mirrors, all
you are left with is empty rhetoric that inspires people and makes them feel
good, but leads them nowhere. However, it is empty since it doesn’t give
them any real direction. Hope is the greatest gift one person can give to
another, however, if that hope is in anything else but the Lord and His Word
it is false hope.

What we do know about B. Hussein Obama is that he supports the slaughtering
of innocent babies and trying to redefine God’s Holy Institution of Marriage
to include those who choose to engage in deviant forms of sex. Both
positions clearly in rebellion to the Lord and to the Bible. Obama, like
each follower of Christ has to heed the words of Jesus and decide which
master he is going to serve. You can only serve one. I am challenging you
today to decide who YOU are going to follow, B. Hussein Obama, the most
recent false messiah, or Jesus Christ, the true Messiah!!!

So many prominent Christian leaders in the limelight are being exposed for what they are. From the people backing Huckabee despite knowing his connections to the Council on Foreign Relations and to apostates like Kenneth Copeland and John Hagee to Pat Robertson backing Giuliani to the MANY evangelicals and even some fundamentalists backing Mormon Mitt Romney to Donnie McClurkin and many other leading black Christians backing Barack HUSSEIN Obama (here, here, here, here, here, here) well the Lord is exposing for the whole world to see what these prominent Christians are really about and after – the things of this world.Christians, is this the falling away of the American church? If so, make sure that you are not part of that falling away. In a sense, things have been this bad for quite awhile, because the fact that Martin Luther King, Jr. was no better than a Mormon because he did not believe in the deity or resurrection of Jesus Christ despite it being commonly reported … so many people do not know because they do not care to know. And never forget: King’s rise was due to so many alleged Christians, many of them evangelicals and fundamentalists, supporting segregation and racism! Still, I regularly ask some older (than me) Christians have things always been this bad, and even the ones that personally experienced segregation and poverty say without hesitation “No, it wasn’t.”

A sad commentary on so many pastors and Christian leaders right from God’s
Word. Last week I was doing some study in the Book of Ezekiel. In reading
through some passages, I came across these first 6 verses in Ezekiel 34. As
I read these words, I could only think that this was the sad description of
so many pastors and Christian leaders today. 50 years ago, you could sit in
the pew of most any church of any denomination and hear the Truth of God’s
Word. Those pastors and the men and women God raised up on the national
scene were men and women who would never compromise the Truth of the Bible
and understood their only mission was to bring the lost to Christ.

Fast forward to the year 2008 and you have entire denominations of pastors
who don’t even preach, teach or believe the Bible. It is questionable if
many pastors were ever “called” and are even saved. Those who have risen up
into national prominence are more worried about selling books, having the
newest private jet, building bigger buildings, and living like the rulers of
small nations rather than preaching the unadulterated Truth of the Bible and
leading the lost to faith in Jesus Christ. My goodness, you now have
so-called Christian leaders who are endorsing and working for the member of
a satanic cult to become our next President!!!

When these are the men and women leading the people, why are we surprised
that many who sit in the pews of the nations churches on Sunday aren’t even
saved, don’t accept the Bible as Absolute Truth and our only authority, and
the majority of the ones who do lead weak and ineffective lives. That is
why I encourage people all the time to seek out a pastor who is a true
shepherd. That is increasingly difficult today, but there are still many
men of God who have not bowed their knee to Baal and are not the shepherds
described in Ezekiel 34. Sunday is the day most Christians go to church. It
is the only time most of you ever see your pastor, and that is usually from
your seat in the sanctuary as he leads the worship service and preaches the
message.

Having preached in over 500 churches of every denomination nationwide, I can
honestly tell you that for most pastors, Sunday morning is their favorite
day of the week and the one day they usually feel their work for God really
has some meaning. You can never know the pressure most pastors are under. If
it was only getting up on Sunday morning and being the “man of God” it would
be wonderful, but that is not reality. It is a 7-day a week, 24-hour a day
calling. Many have outside jobs. There is the constant pressures of raising
the budget, dealing with the interpersonal problems that always exist when
you have a group of people, overseeing the political infighting that often
occurs, on top of the spiritual requirements of shepherding the flock,
having an anointed word each week for the various services, and other
requirements the office of pastor carries with it.

My prayer for you today is to support your pastor. Pray for your pastor each
day. John 10 gives us the picture of the ideal pastor. Pray that your pastor
will be able to tear away from the distractions of this world to be the
shepherd described in John 10. God has placed that pastor in your life to
guide you, spiritually nurture you, and have spiritual leadership over your
life. Do all you can to show your love and appreciation for all your pastor
does for you, most of which you may not even recognize. Also, God has placed
your pastor in your life for spiritual leadership. When you come into times
of crisis, don’t hesitate to go to your pastor. That is ultimately why they
are there, to help you and guide you through those difficult times in your
life.

I love you and care about you so much. I pray for you daily. Sadly, today
there are too many pastors and Christian leaders who fall into the
description found in Ezekiel 34. It makes the work that much more difficult
when you have people running around calling themselves Christians, but
supporting sins like abortion, homosexuality, the destruction of God’s plan
fo the family. You have others who think there is nothing wrong with
belonging to a cult or false religions and they have bought the
universalistic lie from hell that everyone will get to Heaven.

Let this message today be a remember to lift up your pastor in prayer and
recognize him for all he does for your life. God has called His sheep to be
obedient and obey those in spiritual authority. Take inventory and see if
you are fulfilling this admonition, and ask God to help you. He loves you so
much, that he has placed your pastor in your life to shepherd you and guide
you in your spiritual journey. Show your love for Him today by praying for
and supporting your pastor.

Islamic Jesus Movie: From Iran With Love! How Long Before TBN Airs It?

‘Islamic Jesus’ hits Iranian movie screens

16 hours ago TEHRAN (AFP) — A director who shares the ideas of Iran’s hardline president has produced what he says is the first film giving an Islamic view of Jesus Christ, in a bid to show the “common ground” between Muslims and Christians.

Nader Talebzadeh sees his movie, “Jesus, the Spirit of God,” as an Islamic answer to Western productions like Mel Gibson’s 2004 blockbuster “The Passion of the Christ,” which he praised as admirable but quite simply “wrong”.

“Gibson’s film is a very good film. I mean that it is a well-crafted movie but the story
is wrong — it was not like that,” he said, referring to two key differences: Islam sees Jesus as a prophet, not the son of God, and does not believe he was crucified. Talebzadeh said he even went to Gibson’s mansion in Malibu, California, to show him his film. “But it was Sunday and the security at the gate received the film and the brochure and promised to deliver it,” though the Iranian never heard back. (Wonder why two guys that reject the Bible for tradition and both hate Jews cannot get along.)

Even in Iran, “Jesus, The Spirit of God” had a low-key reception, playing to moderate audiences in five Tehran cinemas during the holy month of Ramadan, in October. The film, funded by state broadcasting, faded off the billboards but is far from dead, about to be recycled in a major 20 episode spin-off to be broadcast over state-run national television this year.

Talebzadeh insists it aims to bridge differences between Christianity and Islam (this means that he wants to use it to convert Christians into Islam, not a difficult task since lots of white new age emergent and black nationalist Christians are just about there already) despite the stark divergence from Christian doctrine about Christ’s final hours on earth. (Please note that Rick Warren is hindered by these details, see this link about how Warren and many emergent church leaders are working to “unite” Muslims and Christians just like TBN by practicing capitulation rather than evangelism.)

“It is fascinating for Christians to know that Islam gives such devotion to and has so much knowledge about Jesus,” Talebzadehtold AFP. (TBN liar Jeremiah Cummings, who claims that Muslims can go to heaven by following what the Koran says about Him and do not need to bother with the Bible because they will be killed for possessing it in Muslim countries, has told us this already. Good thing that the early church did not listen to people like Cummings.)

“By making this film I wanted to make a bridge between Christianity and Islam, to open the door for dialogue since there is much common ground between Islam and Christianity,” he said. The director is also keen to emphasise the links between Jesus and one of the most important figures in Shiite Islam, the Imam Mahdi, said to have disappeared 12 centuries ago but whose “return” to earth has been a key tenet of the Ahmadinejad presidency.

Talebzadeh made his name making documentaries about Iran’s 1980-1988 war against Iraq, an important genre in the country’s post-revolutionary cinema. But
such weighty themes, and his latest film on Jesus, compete with domestic gangster thrillers and sugary boy-meets-girl love stories, the movies that continue to draw the biggest audiences in the Islamic Republic.

The bulk of “Jesus, the Spirit of God”, which won an award at the 2007 Religion Today Film Festival in Italy, faithfully follows the traditional tale of Jesus as recounted in the New Testament Gospels (which actually makes it more biblical than “The Passion of the Christ, which was 80% Roman Catholic tradition and the false visions of Roman Catholic mystic nun Katherine Emmerich that, typical of Roman Catholicism, opposes the Bible), a narrative reproduced in the Koran and accepted by Muslims.

But in Talebzadeh’s movie, God saves Jesus, depicted as a fair-complexioned
man (the Mormon’s Quetzalcoatl Jesus as opposed to the actual Jewish Jesus … see Mormons and Muslims United Oh My What A Surprise) with long hair and a beard, from crucifixion and takes him straight to heaven. “It is frankly said in the Koran that the person who was crucified was not Jesus” but Judas, one of the 12 Apostles and the one the Bible holds betrayed Jesus to the Romans, he said. (Yes, and we Christians are supposed to just toss aside our Bible for the Koran. Then again, he probably knows that Christians do have a long proud history of discarding the Bible and is wondering why Christians are being so hypocritically selective in this matter.) In his film, it is Judas who is crucified.

Islam sees Jesus as one of five great prophets — others being Noah, Moses and Abraham — sent to earth to announce the coming of Mohammed, the final prophet who spread the
religion of Islam. It respects Jesus’ followers as “people of the book”. Iran has tens of thousands of its own Christians who are guaranteed religious freedoms under the constitution — mainly Armenians, though their numbers have fallen sharply since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. (Oh gee, I wonder why.)

Every Christmas, Ahmadinejad and other officials lose no time in sending greetings to Christian leaders including the pope on what they describe as the “auspicious birthday of Jesus Christ, Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH).” (First of all, please note that Islam has no problem celebrating Christmas. Neither do a great many Jews, for that matter. It is THE RESURRECTION that gives them problems: see Acts 4. It is THE RESURRECTION that proved Jesus Christ’s deity. Please note that the original ending of “The Passion Of The Christ” did not mention the resurrection; it was added later after Mel Gibson consulted with PROTESTANTS. According to Mormon doctrine, Islam should be accepted as another Christian denomination incidentally.) In this year’s message, Ahmadinejad said that “peace, friendship and justice will be attained wherever the guidelines of Jesus Christ (PBUH) are realised in the world.” (Jesus Christ said that He came not to bring peace but a sword. But hey, now we see why Christian liberals would rather have dinner with the Taliban than with Will Metzger.)

Shiite Muslims, the majority in Iran, believe Jesus will accompany the Imam Mahdi when he reappears in a future apocalypse to save the world. And Talebzadeh said the TV
version of his film will further explore the links between Jesus and the Mahdi — whose return Ahmadinejad has said his government, which came to power in 2005, is working to hasten. (Their version is no less Biblical than Mary the eternal virgin or than Christian liberal process theology.)

Shiites believe the Mahdi’s reappearance will usher in a new era of peace and harmony. (In no small part because all non – Muslims will be dead. In fairness, Christians believe the same. It is also fair to point out that certain dispensational apocalyptic evangelicals like Pat Robertson, John Hagee, and “gates of hell” insane MIKE HUCKABEE are no different from the Iranian president in that they are trying to pave the way for the return of their Jesus by causing all sorts of violence and strife in the world.)

“We Muslims pray for the ‘Return’ (of Imam Mahdi) and Jesus is part of the return and the end of time,” Talebzadeh said. “Should we, as artists, stand idle until that time? Don’t we have to make an effort?” (The same rationale for Council On Foreign Relations Sun Myung Moon dirty money flowing through his pockets Tim LaHaye’s writing “Left Behind”, which like “The Passion Of The Christ” probably conforms even less to what is actually in the Bible than this Muslim Jesus movie.)

In 2007, the Christian faith is now seen by most to be “extreme” and a faith that is “against” everything. When I preach in churches or at events, people love that my messages are rarely longer than 20-30 minutes. I have one key topic, I hone in on it, hit it hard, and than challenge the listeners. However, today’s topic is an issue I could pull a Paul and preach about all night long. In this nation, the Christian faith is now seen as “extreme.” We are best known for being a faith that is “against” everything. This has been an effective way the non-believing world has found to intimidate Believers into silence and keep them out of the marketplace. Sadly it has worked!

Why are we called extreme? We believe the Bible to be God’s inspired, inerrant Word representing Absolute Truth and our final authority in all matters. Based on God’s Word that it is the ONLY Truth, it makes all of the other religions, belief systems and philosophies false. Based on God’s Word, it means those who deny faith in Jesus Christ will go to hell. I’m not the one who calls all of the other religions and philosophies in the world false, God is! I’m not the one who has determined who will go to Heaven and hell, God already did!

I get so sick and tired of hearing nonbelievers, and INFURIATED when I hear Believers say, “Who are you to call someone’s religion false? Who are you to tell someone that they will be going to hell?” I DIDN’T, GOD DID! IT IS IN THE BIBLE! EITHER WHAT GOD SAID IS TRUE OR IT ISN’T. THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IS ONLY ONE TRUTH, GOD’S! THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO BE SAVED, FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST! THAT MEANS THE OTHER RELIGIONS AND PHILOSOPHIES ARE A LIE AND THAT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT CHRIST BY FAITH WILL DIE AND GO TO HELL! GOD SAID IT, NOT BILL KELLER!

We are also seen by the nonbelieving world around us as the faith who is against everything. We are against homosexuality. We are against people living together outside of marriage. We are against a woman being able to choose to kill her baby. We are against this and against that. Again, it is not us that is against these things, it is God! We didn’t dream up a list of things to be against, they come from the pages of the Bible! We are simply taking a stand against the things God is against and calls sin in the Bible.

Because this world we live in has rejected God, the Truth of the Bible, and faith in Jesus Christ, they have been successful in labeling Christians as extreme. In the United States just 50 years ago, Christianity was considered mainstream. In a single generation it has gone from being mainstream to extreme. It is a faith that has gone from being loved to reviled, accepted to ridiculed. How did that happen? Gutless and compromised spiritual leaders! The flock is only as good as their shepherd. There are too many pastors and those God called to spiritual leadership who have compromised their calling by denying the Truth of the Bible or by getting caught up in building their own kingdom instead of God’s Kingdom.

The liberal theology that has crept into the church over the past 40 years is why you now have so-called churches condoning and glorifying gross sins like homosexuality and abortion. That can only happen when you deny the Truth of the Bible like so many churches now do. The heart of the church is God’s Word, and when you deny what the Bible truly is, that church is no better than the local strip club! You also have too many pastors and leaders who are more worried about the temporal pleasures of this world than the eternal work of the Kingdom. Gutless pastors who proudly proclaim on nationwide television they don’t preach about sin. Supposed men of God who are more worried about selling books than saving souls. Men and women of God who rather than taking the Gospel to the world that needs it, hide in the “Christian trough” preaching to the choir so they can buy a new private jet, a 5th mansion, build bigger buildings!

So it is no wonder why so many men and women who know the Lord go to work, go to school, play sports, are involved in different hobbies, face people every day out in the marketplace, and will NEVER even admit to being a Christian, let alone take a stand for Christ and the Truth of the Bible! They are petrified at being called intolerant, hateful, extreme, a bigot, and ridiculed, scorned, and abused for being a follower of Christ and standing up for the Truth of God’s Word in a group of non-believers. So they simply shut up, INTIMIDATED INTO SILENCE! Why are sinners who serve satan so bold and vocal in declaring their lies while the children of God who possess the only Truth there is sit back in silence???

Is there a price to pay for speaking up for Christ? Absolutely!!! The cold hard reality is that few pastors and very few Christians are willing to pay that price. So why are we surprised we now live in a nation that mocks our faith, ridicules us for our beliefs, and continues to do everything they can to eliminate God, the Bible, and our Lord from even being mentioned in the public square! Look at what happened to Paul for taking his stand for the Lord. He was nearly killed many times before being martyred. Thrown in jail. Despised and hated everywhere he went. HE DIDN’T CARE! HE UNDERSTOOD IT WASN’T HIM THEY HATED, IT WAS CHRIST. Look at the Old Testament prophets. Same thing. The people hated them because of the message they delivered from God. Look at Steven in Acts 7. Literally stoned to death for simply declaring the Gospel. How many countless men and women over the ages have literally died for their faith!

Is there a price to pay for speaking up? Yes and the simple fact is, most won’t pay it even though Jesus paid it all for them!!!

That was what the program Tuesday night was about. Speaking up for the Truth. As I sat between Redner and Bedier, separated by only a few inches, I made this observation. On my left was Redner, simply an empty shell. His life is tied up in being Joe Redner, the owner of a popular Tampa strip club and a self-professed anarchist and atheist. He is truly a sad man who has adopted these lies from hell to justify selling women and in the process, has literally sold his soul to satan. An empty shell with a hard heart that will die and burn in hell unless that granite-hard heart is softened and he turns to Jesus.

There is really nothing more to say about Redner. As you will hear on the program, he is simply a typical fool who says there is no God, of course has rejected the Bible, and does not believe in Jesus as his Savior. We have dealt with atheism often. All I can do is ask you to pray for Joe. Jesus died for his sins just like he died for yours and mine. I pray daily and I know many in this area do, that Joe will come to know Jesus. With God, all things are possible.

On my right was Bedier, a man who is the epitome of pure evil. I can say without any hesitation that if this man could get away with it, he would take a sword, cut off my head, never even blink or think twice about it, and go eat dinner. I do pray for Bedier each day. Even though I have no doubt this man would like to see me dead, God loves him and wants to see him repent and turn from this false religion and to faith in Christ. The Bible says we are to pray for our enemies, to love them, and while that is not possible in the flesh it is possible in the strength God can give us. So please pray for this man to come to know Jesus as his personal savior.

Ahmed Bedier is an advocate for a false religion of hate and death that is empowered by satan himself. He calls me a bigot and what I say hate speech because I have the audacity to tell people the truth about the false religion of Islam. He takes great offense to the fact I cite from the very writings of Islam that Mohammed was a murdering pedophile. When I asked him numerous times to deny that he wasn’t, he went into a long diatribe about how he was the head of state and in that capacity he did kill people He admitted it! He also admitted he took a wife at the age of 6, but added that she may have been 18. The writings of Islam say that this girl was 6 when he married her and 9 when he had sex with her to consummate the marriage.

You will see as the program continues, Bedier’s personal attacks on me became more intense. Saying often I was a convicted felon, which of course I pointed out was a great 20-year old story of God’s grace that over 30 million people worldwide have heard over the past 2 decades. He of course used the same tired stereotypes that I only do this for money. He said I was not only Islamophobic, but an anti-Semite for telling Jews they will go to hell without Jesus, and anti-Mormon for telling Mormons they are part of a satanic cult. He is the typical bully who is used to people being intimidated and backing down, not fighting back!

That is my message to you today! Don’t let these bullies of the world, the homosexuals, the Muslims, the Mormons, the atheists, or anyone else, intimidate you into silence! FIGHT BACK! Why are they allowed to speak and we aren’t? Why do you think you have airports every day adding footbaths to accommodate Muslims who can’t wash their feet and pray at home, but have to do that at the airport now! Why do you think we will be having many school NOT celebrating Christmas because it offends Muslims and other false religions and those who deny God even exists? GUTLESS PASTORS, GUTLESS CHRISTIANS WHO HAVE BEEN BULLIED AND INTIMIDATED INTO SILENCE!!!

I love you an care about you so much. They took a few live calls on the program and you will hear one that epitomized why I was there and what I am sharing with you today. The woman clamed to be a Christian and was lambasting me for being such a poor representative of Christ. She said she had many friends who where Muslims. I asked her if she had loved her friend enough to tell them they would die and go to hell without Jesus. She said that was not for her to decide. She is right, it isn’t up to her or me or you, it is up to God. This just in, HE ALREADY DID! IT IS IN THE BOOK! YOU EITHER BELIEVE THE BIBLE OR YOU DON’T! IF YOU ARE A FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY A FOLLOWER OF THE BIBLE!!!

The other comment I hear often and it was brought up over and over on the program, is that I am not acting like Jesus. They say Jesus would never tell people they were gong to hell. Really? I LOVE people who have rejected Jesus, don’t even believe Jesus is who He is, but love to use Jesus as their example. I reminded them of the fact it was for telling the Truth about who He was that Jesus was put to death. It was Jesus who said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life, and NOBODY comes to the Father but through me.” That pretty much eliminates all of the false religions and cults in the world and means the ONLY way to be saved is through faith in Jesus Christ, if you believe what Jesus said! I also believe Jesus in speaking to Nicodemus in John Chapter 3 talked about people NOT PERISHING but have everlasting life if they believed in Him!

JESUS LOVED PEOPLE ENOUGH TO TELL THEM THE TRUTH ABOUT THEIR ETERNAL SOULS, AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE LIKE JESUS, YOU WILL LOVE PEOPLE ENOUGH TO TELL THEM THE TRUTH THAT THEY WILL DIE AND GO TO HELL FOR ALL ETERNITY UNLESS THEY ACCEPT HIM INTO THEIR HEARTS AND LIVES BY FAITH!

I want to challenge you and encourage you today to take some time and pray. Pray and ask God how you can be more bold in sharing your faith with others. Pray and ask God to give you the opportunities to take a real stand for Him and for His Truth in the midst of this unbelieving world. The reason we see unbridled sin loose in our world today is that those who know the Lord and His Truth have been intimidated into silence and WE have allowed sin to take over. Over the course of one generation in this country, we have went from being right to wrong in the eyes of the masses. People no longer hold the Bible to be what it is, God’s Truth for men to live by, and people like myself who go into the public arena to share that Truth now look like the extremists while those who hold to other beliefs look normal. THE TRUTH HAS BEEN EXCHANGED FOR THE LIE EXACTLY AS THE BIBLE SAID WOULD HAPPEN IN THE LAST DAYS!

But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”
