A Question For Jesus Only Oneness Pentecostal Trinity Deniers
Posted by Job on May 15, 2009
Oneness Pentecostals, as well as Christians who support and fellowship with oneness Pentecostals, here is a question of you.
The Bible declares God the Father, called the Ancient of Days (see Daniel 7, especially verses 9, 13, and 22) to be King in various places. The Bible declares God the Son, called the Angel of the Lord in His preincarnate form (see Joshua 5:14-15, also Exodus 3:4-6 cross referenced with Exodus 3:2, Acts 7:30, Acts 7:35 ) and the Word of God (John 1:1-18, Proverb 8 especially verse 30) and Jesus Christ to be King.
However, the Holy Spirit, called the Spirit of God the Father (Matthew 10:20, Isaiah 61:1, Luke 4:18) and the Spirit of God the Son (Galatians 4:6, Romans 8:9, Isaiah 61:1, Luke 4:18) is never declared to be King by scripture at any time. Also, where both God the Father and God the Son are both spoken of as being glorified and exalted, to my knowledge God the Holy Spirit is never spoken of by scripture as being glorified or exalted at any time.
How is this possible? I welcome your replies. Thank you.

Georgia Republican Leader Calls John McCain Jesus Christ And America God The Father!
Posted by Job on May 17, 2008
State GOP chair: McCain ‘kind of like Jesus
Columbus — Georgia Republican Party chairwoman Sue Everhart said Saturday that the party’s presumed presidential nominee has a lot in common with Jesus Christ. ”John McCain is kind of like Jesus Christ on the cross,” Everhart said as she began the second day of the state GOP convention. “He never denounced God, either.” Everhart was praising McCain for never denouncing the United States while he was being tortured as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. ”I’m not trying to compare John McCain to Jesus Christ, I’m looking at the pain that was there,” she said.
Now we know that this woman worships the false god of America idolatry, culture, politics, economics (bull worship) in the place of Jesus Christ. People, America is not God the Father in any sense. America did not create the universe. A person can be totally disloyal towards the United States and still go to heaven because rejecting America is not a sin. If it is, then a lot of these religious right Christians are going to do do bellyflops into the lake of fire because so many of them hate Canada, France, Russia, and pretty much the entire third world. The very people that are so in love with the American flag that they physically threaten their own pastor over removing the flag from the pulpit are not likely to make effective evangelists in the 10/40 window. Why? Because you cannot effectively evangelize a place unless you have love for the people there, and if you make America your god, you won’t have love for people that live anywhere else. Quite the contrary, a lot of religious right Christians like using our being “a Christian nation” as a mark of cultural and intellectual superiority and the reason for our wealth and power, and have no interest in having something in common with nations filled with very poor dark – skinned tribal people, because if someone holding a spear wearing a loincloth sitting in a mud hut in third world Asia, Africa, or Latin America is worshiping Jesus Christ, then that America – worshiping Christian will have to acknowledge that this naked barbarian is his equal, his brother in Christ Jesus! As a matter of fact, he might be convicted by the fact that this third world Christian might be living a superior Christian lifestyle to him because this third world Christian isn’t watching Fox News, listening to talk radio, obsessed with hoarding and protecting wealth and material things, checking out the latest explicit pictures of teeny bopper “actresses” young enough to be their daughter on the Internet, etc. We have so many stories from the mission field where the gospel of Jesus Christ is transforming cultures right while in our own “Christian nation” the religious right accepts leadership from in the closet homosexuals, drug addicts, bigots, heretics, false heretic preachers, and people on their third wives. People, nonsense like this is why: it is obvious that so many of these so – called Christians are worshiping the flag instead of Jesus Christ. That is why I am glad Sean Oliver Allen removed that flag from his pulpit, and while I am no fan of Barack HUSSEIN Obama, it is revealing that more religious right sorts are furious at him for not wearing an American flag lapel pin than over his being a member of the apostate United Church of Christ denomination. Even now, they only focus on Jeremiah Wright’s anti – Americanism than the apostasy of a denomination that would allow such a pastor to begin with. But hey, since their denominations allow the Rod Parsleys, Pat Robertsons, Kenneth Copelands, John Hagees, and RICK WARRENS/BRIAN MCLARENS/ERWIN MCMANUSES of the world, who are they to talk about that?
The amazing thing is that there will be NO OUTRAGE WHATSOEVER IN THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT because of this comment, and certainly nothing approaching the firestorm over Jeremiah Wright. And that should tell you something, as where Jeremiah Wright only attacked America, capitalism, and white people this woman attacked the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Proof That Mormons Hate Jesus Christ The Holy Spirit And The Bible
Posted by Job on May 16, 2008
Derived from 50 Answers to 50 Mormon Answers to 50 Anti-Mormon Questions (answer 5) on DefendingContending.com.
Tower To Truth question:
5. Since the Bible’s test of determine whether someone is a true prophet of God is 100% accuracy in all his prophecies (Deut. 18:20-22), has the LDS Church ever reconsidered its teaching that Joseph Smith and Brigham Young were true prophets?
FAIR Answer:
Believing Christians should be careful. Unless they want to be guilty of a double standard, they will end up condemning many Biblical prophets by this standard.
Learn more here: Joseph Smith and prophetic test in Deuteronomy 18
My Response:
If you click on the link provided by FAIR, it will take you to a page where their understanding of the Bible (and their sheer hatred for it) becomes apparent.
Actually, I go even further than the most excellent fourpointer, as Mormons choose murdering pedophile Joseph Smith over Jesus Christ (just as the Jews chose Barabbas over Jesus Christ!) and thereby hate Him. Here is how: Then comes Nathan. FAIR says:
Other examples include Nathan:
In 2_Sam. 7:5-17, we read that the prophet Nathan unequivocally prophesied to David that through his son Solomon the Davidic empire would be established “forever,” that the children of Israel would dwell in the promised land “and move no more,” and that the “children of wickedness” would no longer afflict them. These things are quite clearly stated. No conditions are attached to these promises, none whatsoever.[4]
Yet this prophecy clearly did not prove successful if it is interpreted literally.
And there they hit the nail on the head. This passage has Messianic implications. Of course, if you read Matthew’s genealogy of Jesus, you find that Joseph was a direct descendant of Solomon, and the legal (though not by birth) father of Jesus. Thus, the davidic kingdom did indeed pass through Solomon. More sloppy work by a group that (ironically enough) calls itself “FAIR.”
Again, I go further than fourpointer with this. Similar to John Hagee, by claiming that Nathan’s vital Messianic prophecy was not fulfilled, MORMONS THEREBY DENY THAT JESUS CHRIST WAS THE MESSIAH! Making them no different from, say, JOHN HAGEE! It is blasphemy pure and simple motivated by their idolatry of Joseph Smith.
But in this matter, they are not merely blaspheming Jesus Christ. They are also blaspheming the Holy Spirit! How? Well, prophecy is given through inspiration of the Holy Spirit. By claiming that prophecies fail, they claim that the Holy Spirit is corrupt, flawed, fallible, arbitrary just like sinful man. And since Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit are one, this makes Jesus Christ fallible and God the Father fallible. If you are fallible, you can – and will! – commit sin.
Really, this is no surprise, for the Mormon god is no god at all, but a mere man that progressed to godhood, and is little different from the false gods of the various polytheistic and pantheistic systems i.e. Zeus, Apollo, Neptune, Baal, Horus, etc. Anyone who follows their systems know that their gods were nothing more than supermen who were very fallible and hence VERY SINFUL. That Mormons prefer Joseph Smith to God and the Bible is no surprise, because their entire belief system is based on making man into a god, allowing them to worship themselves in God’s stead. In short, Mormonism causes you to prefer YOURSELF to God, so how easy is it to prefer Joseph Smith to God? Again, make no mistake, this statement from the Mormon apologists makes the Holy Spirit just as fallible as the murdering pedophile Joseph Smith.
But honestly, this has very little to do with Mormonism itself. Truthfully, Mormonism is just another false religion like Judaism, Roman Catholicism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, oneness pentecostalism, etc. Christians really should have no more respect – or disdain! – for one false belief than they do another. And that is the point: the increasing tolerance that evangelicalism has for Mormonism. It has mostly been under the radar, evangelicals have been hard at work forging interfaith ties with the Mormon community, and have conferred upon them a shocking degree of legitimacy. This goes beyond the political ecumenists of the religious right claiming that Mormons exhibit Christian values, turning “Judeo – Christianity” (which does not and cannot exis) into “Judeo – Mormon – Christianity”, or more truthfully just “Judeo – Christianity” since like Roman Catholicism Mormonism is considered Christian for political purposes. Rather, leading evangelicals have actually given theological and doctrinal legitimacy to Mormonism, claiming that most of it can be supported using reasonable interpretations of scripture, and the differences between Mormonism and “traditional Christianity” are small. This is the inevitable result of evangelicals entering into “conversations” and “exchanges” with Mormons based on the idea that the two groups have anything in common.
So, true Christians committed to the faith must continue to publicly expose what Mormons actually believe so that they do not fall for it. We have to let people know why any preacher, scholar, theologian, etc. no matter how respected and accomplished that comes out defending the Mormon religion in any context or fashion beyond what they would do for, say, Shia Islam, has to be unconditionally rebuked, and if he refuses to change his evil error quickly and summarily rejected.

Why The Todd Bentley Lakeland Revival Blasphemes The Holy Spirit!
Posted by Job on May 16, 2008
My note: I express similar doctrinal points in my post
On Needing That Anointing Christianity
Is it Biblical to tell people you are packing up the power of God and taking
it from city to city? I was flipping through the television stations in the
early morning hours the other day. Sprinkled in between the infomercials
for exercise equipment, diet pills, foreclosure real estate seminars, were
several con men merchandising Christ. Men like Don Stewart and his magical
green handkerchief, Peter Popoff and his vials of holy water, and Robert
Tilton with his latest wife promising people great miracles if they would
send him $1,000. How these men get up every morning and do what they do is
beyond me.
As I watched some of their disgusting antics, promising people things men
can’t promise in order to make a few dollars, I was thinking that if I
really wanted to make tens of millions of dollars, I would create one of
these 30 minute infomercials where for $5,000 I would sell people the power
of God. As a matter of fact, they would get God’s power in a nice Louis
Vuitton travel bag. The phones would never stop ringing as people would be
calling in to buy the power of God.
Sadly, this is what is happening, minus the $5,000 price tag and the Louis
Vuitton travel bag, at the “revival” meetings in Lakeland. Claims are being
made about taking God’s power (anointing) from Lakeland to other cities like
it was a commodity men could control. My friend, the power of God is NOT
for sale as Simon the Sorcerer found out in the Book of Acts, and it is not
something for men to ration out like bottles of water. Let me share this
insight with you today. If you are saved, have put your faith in Jesus
Christ, you already have the power of God dwelling within you!!!
All who have been saved are indwelled with the Holy Spirit. That means ALL
Believers have God’s power within them. There is nothing Biblical about
going to some meeting and getting someone else’s anointing. I know that the
glory of God used to be carried from one place to another in the Ark and
that Elijah bestowed his power on Elisha, but these events happened in the
Old Testament BEFORE the Holy Spirit indwelled men. Today, the power of God
is available to ALL MEN. All you have to do is accept the Lord as your
Savior and then call upon that power. This idea of taking some special
anointing from one place to another is UNBIBLICAL and pure hype.
I wrote about these meetings in Lakeland after the first week to warn you
about what was happening. Here is a link to that Devotional:
http://liveprayer.com/ddarchive3.cfm?id=3306 Since that time, it has
deteriorated into mostly hype and lots of spiritually dangerous practices.
First of all, the vast majority of the people attending these meetings are
not the lost from the surrounding community, but experience chasers from
churches across the country seeking to be part of a move of God. Most
nights, there is no message, the Gospel is not preached, it simply goes from
praise and worship right into the “healing service.” As I stated in my
first Devotional on this, in the Bible signs and wonders followed the
preaching of the Gospel.
Some of the spiritually dangerous practices at these meetings include an
obsession with angels. We know from the Bible that angels are real, they do
exist, but Paul often warned the Corinthians, the Galatians and the
Colossians about angels who preached another Gospel and demanded attention.
Being obsessed with angels can lead to deception. Don’t forget, it was an
angel of satan who visited Mohammed and gave him the inspiration for the
false religion of Islam, and it was an angel of satan who visited Joseph
Smith and gave him the inspiration for the Mormon cult!
Another spiritually dangerous part of these meetings in Lakeland are the
strange and bizarre behavior by many of the people on stage, behavior that
is encouraged by the ministers. Paul was very clear about things being done
with discipline and in order. Listen, I have been in hundreds of meetings
over the years and have seen some incredibly strange manifestations. Most
people really have no clue the incredible powers that exist in the spiritual
realm, both good and bad. However, so much of what is occurring in Lakeland
is simply exuberance and euphoria and has very little to do with any sort of
real change in people’s hearts or lives.
I know those who are putting these meetings on have been hyping them as a
great move of God and promoting a tour to other cites where people can get a
taste of God’s power. Let me share this with you. Real revival is not a
bunch of church people flying to a city to be part of the latest hot
experience. When real revival breaks out, yes there will be signs and
wonders, yes people will be healed, yes miracles will happen, but that will
all be secondary to the LOST PEOPLE GETTING SAVED! The lost, not the
church, will be coming to these meetings to get saved, and if God chooses to
do other things while they are there accepting the Lord it will be the icing
on the cake.
Real revival won’t be one man, one ministry, but a move of God’s Spirit
through dozens, hundreds, thousands of people who will be His conduit to
bring people the message of Christ! The fact is, there has been a 105 month
revival going on, right here at Liveprayer.com. Tens of millions of people
around the world have been impacted for Christ since we began. Over 225,000
souls we know of have come to know Jesus as their Savior. We have prayed
for over 70 million prayer requests. We have an archive of over 3.5 million
praise reports documenting God’s miracle working power. All of this has
been possible because people like you have shared a Devotional with someone,
encouraged people to come to the website, got people to watch the TV
program, and the power of God touched them.
I love you and care about you so much. Don’t worry, as tempting as it would
be to go on late night TV and sell people the power of God in a Louis
Vuitton travel bag, I’ll stick to sharing the simple Truth of His Word and
tell people that their only hope for this life and eternity is a
relationship with Jesus Christ. The fact is, the power of God is available
be to ALL who will come to know Jesus as their Savior by faith and tap into
the power of the Holy Spirit that indwells them. You don’t need to come to
Lakeland, Florida, or this meeting, or that meeting, to experience the power
of God. You can experienced His power right where you are at this moment.
Man can’t heal you, man can’t work the miracles you need in your life, only
God can. I pray that this very moment you seek the Lord for the needs in
your life today. If you need a financial miracle, healing in your body,
your marriage restored, deliverance from some bondage, or anything else,
call upon the name of the Lord right now, this very moment. He is your
strength and your hope and is the One who will meet you at the very point of
your need today. Please know that I will stand with you in prayer and
believe God with you for your needs to be met..
GOD’S POWER IS AVAILABLE TO YOU TODAY, RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. CALL ON HIS
NAME AND LET HIM TOUCH YOUR LIFE AND MEET YOUR NEEDS. AMEN!!!
In His love and service,
Your friend and brother in Christ,
Bill Keller bkeller@liveprayer.com

John Hagee’s Church Exposed As Dealing Falsely With Unknown Tongues!
Posted by Job on May 14, 2008
Wholesale lifted from Spiritual Pathways Ministries.
Undercover
I came across an article by Matt Taibbi in Rolling Stone magazine titled “Jesus made me puke”. Mr. Taibbi went undercover and joined John Hagee’s Cornerstone church and writes about a weekend retreat he attended. His account of the events that transpired at this meeting should be very disturbing to any discerning believer. Remember it is the heresy of men like Hagee that allows unbelievers to mock and expose these phonies and brings disgrace on the true body of Christ.
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/story/20278737/jesus-made-me-puke
Mr. Taibbi spent several years in Russia and speaks Russian very fluently. When he went forward to receive tongues, he spoke the verse of a Russian love song and impressed his teachers. The lack of discernment in the Hagee crowd for this impostor should speaks volumes to you followers.
My note: Even if you make the case that unknown tongues are for today, it is clear that whatever is being spoken in John Hagee’s church is not of God. By their fruits shall you know them …

The Roman Catholic Church Says That It Is OK To Believe In Aliens

It fits, as belief in aliens is vital to some strands of New Age. New Age and Roman Catholic mysticism are vital components to the global religion of the anti – Christ. That is a topic that Justthebook.WordPress.com investigates deeply.

Jephthah In Judges: Why You Cannot Bribe God!
Posted by Job on May 12, 2008
Have you ever tried to bargain with God? Negotiate with Him? Have you ever made your service to Him conditional? Let me give you an example: have you ever prayed to God and told Him: “Lord, if you give me this I will do that for you”? “Lord, if you get me out of this situation, I will serve you for the rest of my life?”
Such tactics are commonly practiced in Christianity, and reinforced not only by the sermons and devotionals of so many preachers but even in depictions of Christians in the popular culture i.e. media, literature, etc. As a result, Christians are unaware that this has no resemblance whatsoever to Biblical Christianity. Instead, the concept of bribing God with oaths, promises, sacrifices, tithes, works, service, etc. was imported into Christianity from paganism. The few examples of where anything like this was done by servants of God was in cases where the person making the request had not actively been serving God and for that reason had little knowledge of the true nature of God. Such examples include Moses at the burning bush, Gideon’s demanding that the angel demonstrate to him that God had legitimately called him, Samuel’s sacrifice before a battle rather than waiting on Samuel, and Jephthah’s oath. The behavior of these men before – and in the cases of Gideon, Samuel and Jephthah after – being used by God to fight battles demonstrates that their dealmaking ways before the God of heaven should not be our model for Christian practice and service.
The principle that we can treat God as a corrupt mafia boss or politician that we can bribe or some equal that we can barter with is integral to the prosperity doctrine, the Word of Faith, and much of the way that Christianity, especially charismatic and Roman Catholic Christianity, is practiced in general: doctrines and attitudes that take the God of Heaven as some pagan genie in a lamp. I referenced paganism because the document below makes it clear that treating deities in this manner is part of pagan religious systems, and the children of Israel began to emulate this practice by way of viewing the pagan people around them that God warned to drive out. As a result, they forgot about the true nature of the true God and began treating and serving God as if He were Baal. So though they knew the Name of God and called upon His Name and God would answer because they were His people through His covenant with Abraham, they did not personally know God, because their relationship with Him was not after the way God had revealed Himself to Abraham, Moses, etc. Instead, they were trying to relate to God the same way that people in false religions attempt to relate to their false deities. That is a major danger with syncretism (i.e. Yahweh yoga) and a major problem with false Christian doctrines and systems (i.e. Roman Catholicism, a great deal of charismatic Christianity especially the Word of Faith and prosperity doctrines).
People, this document also demonstrates that not everyone who works miracles and does mighty acts in the Name of Jesus Christ is a called servant of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ said so about such people Himself in Matthew 21:31-46! So, supporters of the Benny Hinn Oral Roberts Kenneth Hagin Kenneth Copeland – style preachers, take note!

Jesus Camp: Bewitching Our Children With False Doctrines
Posted by Job on April 29, 2008
When I first started this website, I enthusiastically endorsed Jesus camps, thinking that they were an excellent way to turn children into spiritual warriors – as it WAS initially a charismatic spiritual warfare site – from an early age. Well … WOW WAS I WRONG! Jesus camps use the evil combination of spiritually seductive charismatic slain in the spirit frenzy and dominion theology politics. Instead of teaching children to pray for their enemies, to show kindness to the poor and elderly people, to interpret the Bible and discern doctrines, to worship and praise the Lord in a dignified manner becoming His glory, and to exhibit the fruits of the Holy Spirit, these folks are feeding these children false Christian doctrines and fascist notions of merging church, state, culture, etc. that will makes any of them that internalize this spiritual evil easy pickings for the anti – Christ and moreover very willing workers in the plot to create the climate where the man of sin will take power. The more things like this come out, as well as things with the Jesus Seminar, Mike Huckabee, Jeremiah Wright … Bible believing Christians have to start speaking out. There is something seriously wrong with both the religious right and the religious left, and we have to start boldly opposing it with the Word of God.
Watch this video below and pray for these children … and for their parents. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7157148037183248346
