I have noticed that you separate yourself out by calling yourself a "gentile", when in Yeshua, there is neither jew nor gentile. In answering your question about making jews jealous, the answer is that we are all one. There is no distinction when you have accepted Yeshua as the Messiah. This fact drives them up the wall with jealousy, and drives them nuts, because they boast in their flesh that they alone "have a special covenant". And while there is a covenant with the jewish people, gentiles have been grafted in as adopted sons and daughters, which means that they too can share in their Messiah's joy. Further, I would like you to also consider that I am not talking about "supersession" or "replacement theology", but do understand that there is plenty of that going on within jewish circles as it is. Their whole argument is "who is a jew?" and they reject even one another based upon the flesh and whether someone's mother was jewish or the types of clothing one wears and even the color of one's skin...it is all external, void of the circumcision of the heart. Those who are jewish, like myself, who come to the Lord, continue on in the beautiful covenant that the Lord does have with his people, but this covenant is so much more vibrant and fragrant knowing that we are forever joined together through the precious blood of Yeshua our Messiah! How sublime to know the fullness of our Lord, and to be able to share this with one another in fellowship. It makes the covenant that much sweeter, that much more precious. I wish I had more time this evening, and all this week I will be pretty busy, but if I have a moment, I will be back to finish addressing your comments.
