Recall MegaFest, the large Christian event run by the anti - Trinitarian Oneness Pentecostal (modalism heresy!) adherent T. D. Jakes? Now Bill Keller and various other ministers rightly criticized MegaFest (and the many similar events) as being just another part of the Christian subculture where people get very famous and make a lot of money and power by preaching to the converted rather than to the lost. But the true criticism should have been the fact that all sorts of Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Catholics, Episcopalians, and members of other denominations that actually believe in the deity of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ supported the ministry of an ANTI - TRINITARIAN HERETIC with their money and presence! Now this event takes place in Atlanta, which contains one of the nation’s largest and most affluent and powerful community of sodomites. Now did Jakes, Paula White, Eddie Long, or any of the other prominent - and extremely wealthy! - TV evangelists spend any time denouncing the sin of homosexuality that pollutes that city, and those who not only live in that lifestyle but also those who do not oppose it? If they did, I missed it. Why not? Because not only were there many homosexuals obviously in attendance - and who paid their VERY EXPENSIVE attendance fees and bought all of the merchandise - but of course these folks did not want to offend the local business and political community. But then again, why are we surprised? If these people were unwilling to cast out the BEAM of associating with an anti - Trinitarian heretic like Jakes IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE WARNINGS GIVEN TO THE CHURCH IN REVELATION 2 AND 3, how could they POSSIBLY see to take the MOTE out of the eye of a homosexual? Let me tell you, it will be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the homosexuals than it will be for the people who allowed the HERETIC T.D. Jakes into the Christian mainstream! Radical statement? Of course it is, which is why Jesus Christ said it. That is right, Yeshua HaMashiach Himself told the religious hypocrites of His day that it would be more tolerable for SODOM AND GOMORRAH on the day of judgment than it would be for this generation(Matthew 10:15)! As even the deity - denying Mormons, Jews, Muslims, and whoever at least acknowledge that Jesus Christ was at minimum a great prophet, then even they must know that Jesus Christ looked across the oceans of time into the future and was talking about THIS GENERATION OF CHRISTIANS when He spake that which was recorded in Matthew 10:15!
Want to know what else is going on in Atlanta? A very high rate of out of wedlock childbirths. Now having a child out of wedlock is not a sin, but it is just that save Miriam (better known as Mary, who was born a virgin but did not die one, sorry Catholics with your tradition and special revelations!) it is impossible to have a child out of wedlock without having first committed the sin of FORNICATION. What is the big deal? Well, it is rampant in the church. And I am not talking about the liberal or moderate churches that have decided that sin is not sin and that the Bible is not the inerrant final authority Word of God either. No, even the fundamentalist, evangelical churches have this behavior rampant in them. It has gotten to the point where a woman will have three children by three men and will be the director of the choir or an ordained minister preaching in the church. And these women get together at their women’s conferences (see this link from our sister site http://www.healtheland.bravehost.com) which attract a lot of women and raise a lot of money, and all of a sudden this sin of fornication that results in so many children growing up without fathers and what it does to these children and to the church is not such a big deal anymore. And of course, divorce is no longer a big deal in the church either. So, you have all of these unwed mothers and divorced fathers running the church, the whole thing is a mess, and no one says a thing about it. At least not at MegaFest, anyway, and not on the TV shows of the national televangelists that were at MegaFest. And how could they say anything about it since they all either deny Trinity or consort with those who do? So, as long as the people are coming and the money keeps rolling in, it is no big deal. Or rather, is it that the people come and the money rolls in because no one there challenges their sin or their false doctrine?
I had a Calvinist come on my blog the other day and say that no one can be saved by saying a prayer. I agree with the fellow to a point: you are not saved unless you know A) what you are being saved from (your sins and the world), B) what you are being saved by (repentence of sin and faith alone in the death, resurrection, and diety of Jesus Christ), and C) what being saved means (obedience and submission through Jesus Christ primarily by reading and keeping that which is written in the Bible). Ever hear of The Three Step Salvation Plan? A person who has no knowledge of Christianity or salvation whatsoever can be saved merely by believing what the prayer says and keeping what it means. So, this Calvinist should not be objecting to my assertions that people can be saved by repeating our prayer. What he should be objecting to is people who claim that they are saved not keeping what salvation demands, which includes rejecting not only sinful lifestyles but false doctrine but those who adhere to them. This false doctrine includes not only unitarianism, but Calvinism with its extrabiblical revelation tradition that what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us only accomplishes partial redemption, WHICH IS THOROUGHLY IN CONFLICT EVERYTHING IN THE NEW TESTAMENT, and is supported with the same logistic exercises of selective and out of context Bible verses that Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, unitarians, and universalists (who believe that Christ’s death on the cross saved everyone whether they accept and live for Christ or not, which is what former Word of Faith adherent Carlton Pearson is now preaching).
Wow, that was a long introduction. In any event, now Paul Morton, creator of his own denomination within a denominaton so that the Baptists could emulate the charismatic movement (which, I must admit, could be a very good thing if the “Full Gospel” Baptists are better at actually following the Bible than the charismatics have been, or for that matter the other Baptists have been), has now decided that HE will step in and fill the void in Atlanta created by the (thankfully) foundering T. D. Jakes Megafest, or should I say “anti - Trinitarian false doctrine refusal to evangelize the lost or even stand against sin and false doctrine and wrong practice in Christianity like the Bible tells us to” fest. It would be one thing if the stated mission was to evangelize the lost, since after all in addition to being the gay capital and the unwed mother capital, Atlanta is also the rap music capital, the crime capital, and the strip club capital of the south (at minimum). (Wonder if all this sin HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH the political corruption and foundering economy in Atlanta?) Or if his mission were to replace the false doctrine that Jakes pumped into the city with the true gospel, and to preach against that doctrine and all of those who followed after it. Even those who did so in ignorance are at fault, because the Bible specifically teaches us to BEWARE FALSE TEACHERS WHO COME AS LAMBS BUT ARE ACTUALLY RAVENING WOLVES IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING!
But nay, his public statement to the press was that he wanted to replace the economic impact that MegaFest’s leaving the city (again, thank goodness for Atlanta, too bad for wherever it goes next; hopefully at least in its NEXT CITY there will be at least SOMEONE protesting the modalism heresy so that at minimum at least SOME of the attendees can be warned that they are worshipping with HERETICS so that they can turn away!) will cost; to fill the ECONOMIC VOID. So, by his own words, Paul Morton wants to be the bigshot preacher among economic and political leaders in Atlanta that Jakes was. (Or more accurately, what he was in New Orleans until Katrina.) Well I have to say this about Paul Morton: at least he’s honest! Unlike the millions of people who came from all over the world to attend TD Jakes’ events and the millions more who watch him on TV (as Jakes keeps his heretical modalist views hidden), you can’t say that you were deceived about the PUBLICLY STATED INTENTIONS for this gathering! Now even if Morton has real and worthy sincere spiritual goals for this gathering, what prevented him from stating them to the press? Is he … ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST? But again, the questions are not aimed at Morton, for he has boldly stated what his gathering is all about with no pretensions, and for that I commend him. Instead, the burden is on WHOEVER WILL ATTEND A “CHRISTIAN” CONFERENCE WHOSE ONLY PUBLICLY STATED GOAL IS TO RAISE MONEY!!! Will you be one of the attendees to the, well, MONEYCHANGING FESTIVAL? It is encouraging that more people are being made aware of the theology regarding the nature of the Godhead: Shema Israel Adonai Elohenu, Adonai Ehad. Some serious research into oneness theology versus trinitarian history would serve well. To deny the very essence of God by splitting Him up into three separate but distinct persons has been the nature of many false belief systems beginning in Babylon (Father, Mother & Child), Egypt (Osiris, Isis & Horus)and other Eastern religions that today have a Trinity, Hinduism (Brahma, Shiva & Vishnu) which is represented by a statue of God with three heads. Buddhism also has the doctrine of trikaya; the worship of a three-headed statue of Buddha. Is this three-headed “Christianity” any different? It’s the same polytheistic tri-God worship with different faces. Greek philosophers offered us the worship of the Archaic Triad when it was found necessary to reduce the number of their gods to three being Jupiter, Mars & Quirinus during the Roman Empire. This was later replaced by the Capitoline triad being Jupiter, Juno & Minerva. Plato was the developer of the Timaeus theory teaching that the number 3 was near diagrammatical perfections and based on this theroy furthered the concept. It was only natural in establishing Roman Catholicism that the intermarriage of polytheistic triune serving heathens would find it necessary to create a tritheistic godhead to serve as they became nominal Christians. The apostles understood that Jesus was God come in flesh (Isaiah 9:6 “….the mighty God, the everlasting Father…”
and to worship a second person in place of, or in addition to, God was to openly disregard the first commandment and the Shema.

Of course, you are ignoring that Mormons, Muslims, and Jehovah’s Witnesses also deny Trinity. Why? Because it does not suport your lie. Second, do you know the first name of God given in the Bible? Elohim. Did you know that Elohim is PLURAL in the original Hebrew? Did that originate in Babylon as well? And let us speak of Acts 10:38. “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.” OK, now let us take away the concept of Trinity and use another name, say Bill. (It is not blasphemy for me to do this, because you are the blasphemer for denying Tri - Unity and the scripture that clearly laies it out, and I am merely following after and illustrating your foolishness.)
Now, Acts 10:38 replacing God with Bill: “How Bill anointed Bill with Bill and with power: Bill went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressedd of the devil; for Bill was with Bill.” Doesn’t make a bit of sense, does it? Neither does the fact that Jesus Christ prayed to God, or in your case Bill prayed to Bill, while on earth. Neither does the fact that Jesus Christ said “I come to do the work of my Father, and I am subject to the Father”. Or in your case, “I Bill came to to the work of Bill which si my own work, and I Bill am subject to myself.” “For Bill so loved the world that Bill sent His Only Begotten Bill …” “In the Beginning was Bill, and Bill was with Bill, and Bill was Bill …” Or when Bill was dying on the cross, Bill could not look upon HIMSELF because HE HIMSELF took on sin, and Bill while dying on the cross cried out to HIMSELF “why have you forsaken me.” And let us go back to the Psalms, OK? Psalm 16 has long been considered by Trinitarians a Messianic prophecy. But you guys obviously do not, because there would be problems. Again, let us use Bill in place of God here. Original text: “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.” Using Bill in place of your fake god: “For Bill will not leave Bill in hell, neither will Bill suffer his Bill to see corruption.”
See how ridiculous you are? Of course you do not. Why? Because you have already been given over to a reprobate mind by virtue of your false doctrine. I went through this exercise to save the soul of someone else who reads this. You know what, Sue? You came to the wrong weblog to talk this mess. You know why? I was raised in a “holiness or hell” Holiness Pentecostal church that denied grace and claimed that a person could lose their salvation by sneezing. Those devil’s doctrines drove me to reject God spent my college years as an atheist mocking God, and became so depressed that I was considering suicide. Then I decided to start PRETENDING to follow God (after meeting who became my wife, which gave me a reason to live), but was going after these Word of Faith/prosperity lies that so many of you anti - Trinitarians love so much (you deny the true God, so you worship yourself in God’s place). But my life was still a mess, so I just tossed everything that I had “learned” in church away and just started reading the Bible FOR MYSELF starting from Genesis 1:1, in the complete absence of theology or doctrines of man, and went from there to Revelation, in sequential order. You know what? My life turned around. My health, finances, marriage/family, and work career previously were in shambles, but they ALL TURNED COMPLETELY AROUND. Asthma? Healed. Addiction to asthma medicine? Gone. Completely irresponsible and selfish financial decisions that left us in swimming in debt? Gone. Marriage on the verge of divorce? Completely fixed. Evil spirits vexing my very unhappy child? Gone. Addiction to pornography? Gone. And you want to know what? While I was reading the Bible cover to cover, I was doing so as a blank slate. Adam and Eve? I questioned it. Noah’s ark? I doubted it. The rapture? How could it be possible? The lake of fire? I wasn’t so sure. Heaven? How could it be big enough for all of us to fit in it? Trinity? Where was it given in the Bible? Grace? What does that mean? One path to Heaven? How could that be fair to people who never heard the gospel? Hermaprodites? How can they live their lives in obedience to God and for what purpose were they created? Mentally retarded and challenged people? What of them? Where do the souls of children, infants, abortion victims and others who die in the womb go? Stuff like that which this little church system for the most part does its level best trying to avoid: big hard questions faced by people whose lives had been filled with suffering, pain, and torment like mine had been, and of people whose lives were even fare worse than mine, like a child born with spina bifida who spends his entire life twisted in a wheelchair, whose condition worsens and worsens and the child faces more and more physical and emotional torment, and then finally dies at the age of 15. How could a loving, righteous, fair God allow that to happen? And whose fault was it? God’s? Satan’s? The sins of the child? The sins of the child’s parents? Adam’s? I spent this time going after tough questions that virtually every preacher that I had ever known avoided.
You want to know the best part? All of this happened WHEN ME AND MY FAMILY STOPPED GOING TO CHURCH, because all of the local churches near us either do “the traditional/denominational thing” or are prosperity/Word of Faith types. And it was in the course of studying the Bible MYSELF with ONLY the Word of God as my guide WHEN ALL OF THOSE DOCTRINES WERE PROVEN. And you know what? They were proven to a mind who had spent eight years rejecting them, and even at that point was still having trouble believing them! When I was finally secure enough in my belief to start getting away from the Bible A LITTLE to start reading what man had written about the Bible, God worked to have my wife buy a book from Watchman Nee, a Chinese Christian who died in Mao Zhedong’s communist prison, that put it all together for me. And ever since, I have declared open spiritual warfare against the likes of you, who lie on the Bible, destroy people’s faith, and turn them from righteousness to destruction.
So Sue, you can continue to come back and spread your lies if you wish, but every time you do, all that will happen is my exposing you for the fool that you are for having done all your study only to reject truth because your heart was hardened to truth, and how you decided that you loved the word of a blaspheming man so much that you rejected the Bible and all who love the Bible. But I will tell you this: when you die, you will see the true nature of God. You will bow to the true nature of God and confess to the true nature of God. And then that same God will have you cast into the lake of fire. So go on and enjoy your life, reprobate. That is, while you still have time.
